Marin Holding Limited is a Cyprus-based holding company, headquartered in Limassol.  Its subsidiary Marin Ship Management focuses on the maritime logistic sector. China Merchants Venture, a subsidiary of China Merchants Group, was founded in November 2015. It is headquartered in Shenzhen and has opened offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Israel and Silicon Valley. Founded in 2019, Country Garden Venture Capital is the corporate venturing arm of Chinese real estate developer Country Garden.
