Joseph Wadakethalakal majored in Mathematical Economics and History at Pomona University in the US. Upon graduating in 2009, he worked as an analyst for the investment bank Houlihan Lokey for eight months. He then joined JP Morgan but moved on to become an associate at private equity firm Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC).After two years at ZMC, Joe returned to Indonesia to establish his own business consultancy Seroja Partners. In 2014, he joined the online media group KapanLagi Network (KLN) and later became the CEO of KLN’s offshoot Brilio in 2015.

Azalea Ayuningtyas has a bachelor’s in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, as well as a master’s in Epidemiology from the Harvard University School of Public Health. She worked for one year as a consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners in USA before returning to Indonesia to pursue her dream of using her skills to help people. In 2014, she co-founded Du’Anyam together with two high school friends. Azalea is the CEO of the social enterprise that seeks to empower women from Indonesia’s subsistence farming households.

Kaesang Pangarep is a vlogger and serial entrepreneur who first became famous through his YouTube vlogs, which sometimes involved his father, Indonesian president Joko Widodo. Kaesang had previously run his own fried banana business, Sang Pisang, before establishing home chef meal service Madhang in 2017, where he is chief marketing officer. Kaesang is concurrently the CEO of SKI Capital Partners, which provides funding to F&B startups and is a fourth year marketing student at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Juan Carlos López is a software engineer specializing in mobile applications. He worked for many years as an iOS Developer. In 2015, he co-founded Sensitrade, a revolutionary technology that captures sentiment about the stock market from social networks, predicting stock exchange evolution with a 87% success rate.A year later, with the same business partners, he co-founded Coinscrap, an app that facilitates micro-savings by rounding up purchases made with credit cards to the nearest euro. He is currently Coinscrap's Chief Mobile Officer.

Suzhou Industrial Park Bioventure Investment Management Limited (Bioventure) was established in September 2013. It has invested in 50 companies and manages RMB2bn worth of total assets. Bioventure invests mostly in the life sciences and bio-pharmaceutical industries, seeking early-stage startups with high growth potential. Bioventure provides post-investment support and services including funding, business operations and management.

Gusmantara Ekamukti Himawan, known as Eka, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, USA. However, he chose a career in finance instead, beginning as a research associate at Independence Capital Asset Partners. After becoming an analyst there, he moved on to become an investment banker at Barclays for two years. He left Barclays in 2012 to co-found Bilna with fellow Purdue alumni Ferry Tenka and Jason Lamuda. He was the CFO of Bilna that merged with Moxy to become Orami. Eka is now the CFO and executive vice chairman of Orami.

With a master’s in Commerce and Finance, Marshall Utoyo quickly founded a financial services firm Utoyo & Partners in November 2010. An entrepreneur at heart, he left the firm in January 2013. He had already co-founded a furniture business FASA Works and a coworking hub Conclave in 2012. He exited both in March 2015. The Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) graduate returned to the furniture business as a co-founder of Fabelio. Launched in June 2015 with seed funding of US$500,000, the e-commerce furniture company has also secured US$2 million in Series A funds in 2016.

Established in 2007, Hongkun Yirun Investment is an investment management firm under Hongkun Group. It has invested in over 50 enterprises, more than 10 of which have been listed. Assets under management have exceeded RMB 10 billion. Hongkun Yirun Investment targets emerging industries and focuses on asset management, private equity investment, M&A and internet finance. 

Song founded Kidsmile, a child photography studio, in 2002. The company grew from one person with one shop to over 50 shops and 1 million registered members. He also founded Moments in 2014, an on-demand photography services platform, which received US$20 million in its Series A funding round in 2015. Song participated in Kuaipeilian's seed funding round.

Redpoint China Ventures focuses on early-stage TMT startups in the consumer services, transaction platforms, social networking, video entertainment, digital advertisement, big data, cloud technology, SaaS, information security and artificial intelligence sectors, among others. It has invested in more than 50 domestic consumer internet and enterprise IT companies. It has been the first institutional investor or founding investor in 80% of its investments.

Established in 2015, EQT Ventures is a Stockholm-based investor that describes itself as "half VC, half startup." Sacha Gordillo is a business management and finance graduate from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), with over 10 years of experience in financial trading, specializing in fixed income. Since 2006, he has worked as a trader at TransMarket Group LLC, OSTC Ltd and SM Investments. He is now the CIO and head trader at POW Partners that he co-founded in 2016 in Madrid.The cryptocurrency ecosystem has always fascinated the veteran trader. In 2018, Gordillo joined GeoDB as co-founder and COO. He is one of the key figures in the conceptualization of GeoDB, a global decentralized data marketplace based in Madrid.

Albert Bellonch is computer science engineer based in Barcelona. He is teacher and mentor in Ironhack, a coding bootcamp in web development, UX/UI design and data analytics.He has been involved in the founding and development of Itnig, a startup accelerator based in Barcelona. In this capacity, he has covered the roles of software engineer and CTO and today is one of Itnig's partners.In 2013, he co-founded Quipu, a cloud SaaS tool that automates invoicing and cash management for freelancers, SMEs and accounting firms. He covered the role of CTO until end of 2018, when he became VP of Engineering.
