Co-founder and ex-Director of Airy Rooms
Alvin Kumarga is an experienced technical consultant and a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. Alvin was a market research intern and later became a special projects consultant at Hybrid Silica Technologies before graduating in 2011. He worked in Boston at Stroud Consulting before returning to Indonesia in 2014 to work for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).He left BCG in October 2015 to develop new products and corporate business for online travel agency Traveloka. In the meantime, he also co-founded Airy Rooms in 2015 but exited the startup in June 2017.

After graduating in 2014 with a bachelor’s in Political Science from Indonesia’s Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Pradana Dyaksa joined PT IDS Medical Systems Indonesia as a management trainee. He later became the e-commerce manager of Bhuwana Ubud Hotel before working in business development at Rocket Internet’s Zen Rooms until he was promoted to become Head of Community in 2016.While still at Zen Rooms, he teamed up with colleague and fellow Parahyangan alumnus Dennish Tjandra to establish HelloBeauty, Indonesia’s leading platform for beauty services.

In 2003 he began managing a hospital’s information system, database, computer rooms and minicomputers, and developed a hospital software system. Prior to establishing the beauty services marketplace HelloBeauty, Dennish Tjandra was the Head of Account Management and Procurement at Zen Rooms, a budget hotel network founded by Rocket Internet. Before that, he had founded a few short-lived ventures and worked at Rodamas, a major Indonesian group of FMCG companies. Dennish graduated in Management at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Indonesia.

Hafidz Syahrial established the capsule hotel startup Bobobox in 2018. After earning his MBA in 2016 from the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia Hafidz joined the business development department of budget hotel network ZEN Rooms’ before becoming its City Manager for Bandung. In 2017, he also co-founded Muslim App, an Islamic information app.

In 2016, Martinez founded Sheltair, which offers by the hour reservations of offices spaces and meeting rooms in Barcelona and Madrid through its mobile app. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration and holds a MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School.
