Co-founder and COO of Mambu
German entrepreneur Frederik Pfisterer, who received his bachelor's in Computer Science from Hochschule Furtwangen University and his master's in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, specializes in technology and operations. He worked as an independent project and web developer during his student years and is now COO of banking and lending services architecture developer Mambu, a company he co-founded in 2011. From 2007 to 2008, Pfisterer served as useability lead at German software developer ontoprise.

A self-described late bloomer in entrepreneurship, Rusian Tejing was previously an electrical engineer who worked for Kyocera and Qualcomm. After almost nine years with Qualcomm as a product manager, he left in 2014 to focus on his custom-made exotic leather goods business Rusty Collections. In 2016, he founded Ziptango, a marketplace for pre-loved luxury goods. Rusian has a master’s and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the San Diego State University and University of California, Davis, USA.

As a student, he worked brief stints at Crane Aerospace and Siemens and was a volunteer at the Mozilla Foundation. On his graduation in 2009, Hans worked as a quality assurance software engineer at Splunk, a data analytics and security software company. He returned to Indonesia in 2017 to join microlending startup JULO.

Amy Du is Co-founder of DefinedCrowd and was CEO from its founding in October 2015 until September 2016. She is originally from Beijing, China and is now based in Seattle, where she is Founder and CEO of VestLink Group, connecting innovators and startups internationally. She has also worked at DGT Information Systems, Chinasoft International and iSoftStone North America, driving growth in the three entities. He had begun his career in 2014 at consultancy firm Accenture as a business analyst, leaving in August the following year to join Kejora.
