Mari Elka Pangestu is the first female Chinese Indonesian to hold a cabinet position. She was the Minister of Trade from 2004 to 2011 and the Minister of Tourism from 2011 to 2014. She holds a doctorate in Economics from the University of California, USA. Returning to academia at the University of Indonesia, the professor is also part of the Indonesian network of angel investors ANGIN.

Ahmad Karim is the co-founder and CTO of PesanLab. Ahmad has a bachelor’s and master’s in Information Technology from Binus University. He had previously worked for two years in IT for one of Indonesia’s biggest logistics company PT Nusantara Card Semesta. He left the company in 2014 to become one of the youngest team member at PesanLab.

He still runs RuangKerja which had previously launched various e-brands, including B2B travel ticket aggregator OkeTiket and e-payments PPOB Nusantara. However, Ditto switched his focus to create Botika, an AI-powered chatbot that can converse with locals in Bahasa Indonesia.

Prananto, who holds an MBA from the Loyola Marymount University, USA, started his career at Bakrie Brothers as an investment analyst. The stint only lasted for a few months before he joined MNC. Between 2013 and 2015, he worked his way up to become assistant head of investor relations and corporate finance.
