Co-founder and CEO of Tradiio
With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

Najelaa Shihab is an education philanthropist. She is the elder sister of Najwa Shihab, a well-known Indonesian presenter. After graduating in 1997, Najelaa established an international curriculum school foundation in 1999. After six years of building innovative products and new businesses in Singapore and India, Nigel Hembrow has made Indonesia his home and headquarters for Astronaut Technologies, his latest venture in HR tech. Hailing from Australia, Queensland civil engineer Nigel started out in project management and engineering design for construction company Mace. After an MBA from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he worked at The Great Little Water Company and Amida Recruitment. Nigel is also currently a director at Rayjon Group, a family-owned property investment and development conglomerate that was co-founded by managing director John Hembrow in 1976.

National University of Singapore graduate Danny Widodo is a veteran in the entertainment industry. Besides working at JP Morgan as a credit risk analyst, he also had extracurricular interests at Give.sg and the National Arts Council. He left JP Morgan in 2011 to work as a production manager at Resorts World Sentosa for three years. Danny also co-founded an indie music production firm iamLOCALIZED in 2012 that was funded by the NUS Entrepreneurship Centre Innovation/Entrepreneurship Practicum Grant. In 2015, Danny returned to Indonesia and established a concert crowdfunding platform Konsaato that was transformed into Konserku in 2017.

While still in high school, he ran an Internet cafe and maintained his school’s web server. In 2013, he became the founder and CEO of MetroWorld Host, a web hosting rental services platform. In 2015 he co-founded another web hosting business, IDCloudHost.Alfian is currently reading a Computer Science degree at Telkom University, Indonesia. In 2017, he also became a certified EC-Council instructor and took on additional roles as MD of PT Siber Sekurindo Teknologi and Deputy CTO of PT Tekkon Terra Techno.

Born in 1987, Lu tried to start his first business while he was still studying for his bachelor's in Vehicle Engineering at Shenyang Ligong University. After graduating in 2010, he joined 24 quan, a group-buying startup, and was eventually put in charge of its marketing department. Lu joined Baidu in 2011 as product manager and was later promoted to channel manager. In 2013, Lu joined Edaixi, an O2O laundry service startup, as founding partner and CEO. He received his MBA from China Europe International Business School in 2016 and subsequently resigned from Edaixi. In 2018, he founded Kuaipeilian.

Leonard Cremer is an engineering graduate from the University of Johannesburg. He worked as an analyst programmer before moving into the finance industry. Then in 2001, he co-founded Integrat in South Africa, a mobile media enabler for Mobile Network Operator. He is now the Group COO at Integrat Pty Ltd. Cremer was also the COO of InTarget from 2001 until 2016. Through business trips, he met up with co-founder Dennis Vilovic who broached the idea of starting a group travel planning platform. In 2017, they co-founded TroopTravel to make global travel planning more efficient for corporates.

He was previously involved in the development of an autonomous underwater vehicle at SIRENA and was also an applications technician at MTorres Industrial Designs.
