Co-founder, General Manager of Oimo
Clara Hardy is GM and co-founder of Spanish bioplastics startup Oimo. She has worked there since 1Q19 and her duties include fundraising, marcom, stakeholder relations and business intelligence. This is her first major position. She was previously an intern at several large organizations, including the Walt Disney Company where she worked in digital marketing for a year. Hardy also spent several months as Digital Marketing Manager at Nexus Training and Mobility. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from London’s Brunel University.

Clara Montesinos García has over 15 years of experience in social media communications and advertising. She worked at a local radio station while reading an Advertising and Public Relations degree at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid. After graduation in 2004, she embarked on a career in marketing and social media, becoming the Director of Communications for the Spanish Twitter or Tweet Awards in 2011. She also created one of Spain’s oldest Instagram community “Instagramers Comunitat Valenciana”. In 2014, García co-founded Influencity and became its CMO, managing brand communication and digital strategies for “Influencers” worldwide.

Coloma's background includes stints at a Catalonian animal charity and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in project work and fundraising respectively, and as COO of a catering company. A committed vegan and environmentalist, Coloma was named on Forbes list of 100 Most Creative People in Business in July 2019.
