Co-founder, CTO, COO. of HypeLabs
Established in 2015, HypeLabs is the third startup founded by André Francisco. With over 20 years of experience as a developer and researcher, the Portuguese co-founder is the CTO and COO of HypeLabs.He co-founded WINK digital agency that lasted nine months until July 2015. Clara Hardy is GM and co-founder of Spanish bioplastics startup Oimo. She has worked there since 1Q19 and her duties include fundraising, marcom, stakeholder relations and business intelligence. This is her first major position. She was previously an intern at several large organizations, including the Walt Disney Company where she worked in digital marketing for a year. Hardy also spent several months as Digital Marketing Manager at Nexus Training and Mobility. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from London’s Brunel University.

Chief Orthodontist and Co-founder of Impress
Khaled Kasem graduated in Dentistry from Jordan University of Science and Technology. In 2004 he moved to Spain to enroll in a Master of Orthodontics degree at the University of Barcelona. Kasem has over 15 years of experience in his sector, he also undertook further studies in advanced orthodontic techniques. Since 2019 he’s Chief Orthodontist and co-founder of Impress, an invisible aligners company using a hybrid model of remote patients monitoring and in-person visits. The startup is regarded as one of the fastest-growing telemedicine companies in Europe.

With a degree in Mechanics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xu Zhenhua has over 10 years of experience in robotics R&D. He previously worked as a senior R&D engineer at FANUC Robotics and the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center, a joint venture between General Motors and SAIC Motor. Xu and Alex Gu co-founded Jinghe Robot in 2012 and Fourier Intelligence in 2015. Xu served as CTO at Fourier Intelligence from 2015 to 2018, at which time he left to found new exoskeleton startup ULS Robotics.
