Asunción worked at Tesla Motors Netherlands for one year as a program manager of Charging Installations in 2014. Before joining the Institute of Robotics and Informatics in Catalonia, he worked with electric and hybrid vehicles as an engineer within the Electric Vehicle Charger testing team at Applus IDIADA in 2009. By working for top-notch firms and institutions within the electric automotive industry, he has experience in testing and developing the best technologies for charging solutions in the market.

Dimas Prasetyo is the founder and CEO of PesanLab. He graduated with a degree in Medical Technology and Laboratory Science from Yogyakarta Health Polytechnic. He has over eight years of work experience in marketing, operations and management in the clinical laboratory diagnostics industry. He was also a product specialist at Non-invasive Genetic Abnormalities Test in Your Clinic and at Natera Inc. He co-founded Lab Panorama Bandung in 2009 and left in 2013 to become the founder of LabConX that was later rebranded as PesanLab.

Prior to this, Rando gained significant experience working in the field of genomics. He spent three years prior to SwissDeCode’s foundation trialing his DNA food testing technology in his startup BeerDeCoded and assisted in the launch of a compact DNA laboratory at Bento Bio in London. He previously spent almost three years at the University of Geneva in research, co-inventing a technology for ink to change color in response to a specific DNA sequence. His earlier position at the University of Lausanne as a post-doctoral fellow in genomics saw him lead a nine-man team for three and a half years, discovering the hormone that prepares newborns to lactate. Rando’s first post was at Trangenic Operative Products, leading animal research there. Italian-born Rando holds a PhD in biotechnology and pharmacology from the University of Milan as well as a qualification in data science.
