Co-founder and CEO of Kata.ai
Irzan Raditya believes that technology should make people’s lives easier. In 2015, the serial entrepreneur co-founded a virtual concierge service YesBoss in Indonesia, now rebranded as Kata.ai.After graduating in Computer Science from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin in Germany, he co-founded various startups such as Amplitweet, Styyli and superhero-themed clothing line Cape & Fly. Todd Schweitzer is an experienced economic and management consultant who founded Brankas, a payment processing platform for startups and other businesses. Between 2007 and 2010, Schweitzer worked with the US Peace Corps as a community economic advisor in the Dominican Republic. Hugo Monteiro is a Portuguese IT Engineer from Universidade de Lisboa. The co-founder and VP Engineering of Spotahome was previously employed at Portugal Telecom and BNP Paribas. He has also worked for startups like UniPlaces in the real estate sector in Lisbon, Portugal.He connected with co-founder Bryan McEire when the latter moved from Spain to work in Lisbon. He was invited to join the Spotahome co-founding team when the proptech was revived by CEO Artacho on his return from London.

In 2017, Ricardo Santos became the CEO and co-founder of Heptasense. In November 2018, the Portuguese national has also founded Rocha Capital, a private fund to invest in other startups. Santos obtained a master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute in Lisbon in 2015. He also has a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Biophysics from the University of Lisbon. Prior to co-founding Heptasense, he was a research fellow at the Portuguese Institute of Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering. He was also a Biomedical Engineering summer intern at the University of Nottingham in the UK in 2013.
