Serial entrepreneur Jason Lamuda has a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, USA. He obtained a master’s in 2008 in Financial Engineering from Columbia University. Married to another Berrybenka co-founder, Jason is currently the CEO and driving force of Berrybenka.Jason worked at McKinsey in Jakarta for two years before quitting to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur in 2010. Jason and a university friend Ferry Tenka co-founded Disdus, which later became known as Groupon Indonesia. Both of them also co-founded Bilna which was merged with another e-commerce company to become Orami that also caters to women.

Joseph Aditya, a veteran in the B2B and supply chain industries, is a graduate in Marketing Management and International Business from Deakin University in Australia.He spent over seven years working his way up, first as a sales representative at PT Tridinamika Jaya Instrument to finally becoming the company’s major shareholder and managing director. He left in June 2014 after developing the business into a full-scale operation and saving it from bankruptcy. His road safety app "Watch Out" won him a scholarship at an international design competition "Creative Diary 2013" run by the Institute of European Design (IED).Originally from Venezuela, he studied graphic design at IED Madrid in 2014 and completed a master’s course at the Animum Creativity Advanced School in Malaga in 2018. Based in Madrid, he also works as a creative director at nutri-holistic products company Biomol Care SL and as a visual designer for e-learning site Banana Exams.
