Co-founder and CEO of Tradiio
With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

David Bernabeu Moliner majored in Pharmacy at the University of Valencia, but soon discovered his interest in business that led him to an MBA program at the San Vicente Mártir Catholic University of Valencia, Spain. He then worked as the CEO of Promober in Valencia for 10 years until 2014.One day, after waiting four hours for a delivery, he came up with the idea of a service that would extricate everyone from such unnecessary and unpleasant experiences. He has over 10 years of experience working as a systems analyst for companies like Accenture, Vision IT group, Alten and Isban in Spain and on projects in Italy, Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic. In 2013, he founded GetYourCause.com, a crowdfunding platform for social causes. He was also a teaching professor of the Influencers Campaign Management and Brand Ambassadors program developed by the USJ in collaboration with Socialnautas. In 2014, he became the CEO and co-founder of Influencity.

Hugo Monteiro is a Portuguese IT Engineer from Universidade de Lisboa. The co-founder and VP Engineering of Spotahome was previously employed at Portugal Telecom and BNP Paribas. He has also worked for startups like UniPlaces in the real estate sector in Lisbon, Portugal.He connected with co-founder Bryan McEire when the latter moved from Spain to work in Lisbon. He was invited to join the Spotahome co-founding team when the proptech was revived by CEO Artacho on his return from London.

Honduran-born Clelia Morales graduated in Marketing in 1995 at the Central American Technological University in Tegucigalpa. She worked in Honduras for two years as marketing manager for a local bank.In 1997, she moved to London for work experience at Image Communications before embarking on a career in PR and marketing at PR agency Porter Novelli. In 2006, Morales joined eBay Europe as head of PR and Communications. She spent nine years working at eBay, rising to become the head of marketing for France, Italy and Spain before leaving to start Woom in 2015 as COO and co-founder with former eBay colleague Laurence Fontinoy.
