CICC Alpha is a subsidiary of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), managing a RMB 2 billion fund focusing on internet and financial innovation. 

H&M Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in 2013. It is privately funded by the Stefan Persson family, the founders and major shareholders of the H&M Group, who have donated SEK 1.5 billion to it to date. To this end, it provides startups support in accelerating and scale new technologies. It also runs the Global Change Award. Dubbed the Nobel Prize of fashion, this aims to recognise disruptive innovations that have the potential to make fashion more sustainable, and transform the way garments are designed, produced, shipped, bought, used and recycled. 

CNBB Venture Partners is a Dutch fund with 30+ years' experience in the SaaS cloud industry – the company’s main investment focus. Through the VC fund, CNBB invests in funding rounds from €500,000 to €5m, usually provided to companies with a minimum of  €1m annual recurring revenue.Through the private equity vehicle, CNBB identifies and acquires Europe-based SaaS companies active in markets with consistent growth, profitability and consolidation. CNBB provides equity investment from €3m to €10m.

Hong Kong-based Unicorn Capital Partners was founded in 2015 by Tommy Yip, former partner of Emerald Hill Capital Partners.Unicorn is a leading FoF platform that focuses on venture capital fund and direct investment opportunities in China and Asia. It mainly invests in technology, media, telecommunications and healthcare. By December 2019, Unicorn had $800m in assets under management. It also raised over $350m for its fourth fund.

Anirudh Sharma is one of three co-founders of Graviky Labs, which makes ink out of carbon that is captured from pollution and purified using proprietary technology. This concept was born from Sharma’s experiments making ink from candle soot while doing his master’s at MIT Materials Lab. He currently leads R&D and business at the firm. Sharma’s interests include augmented reality, wearable computing and environmental projects. Over the years, he has developed and patented various technology products with social and environmental impact. He was formerly CTO and co-founder of India’s first wearable technology company, Ducere Technologies, which was later sold. This company makes Lechal, the world’s first smart haptic device for shoes, initially designed by Sharma as a navigation aid for the visually impaired. Sharma also previously worked for Imagin Group at Hewlett Packard Labs, on a multimodal speech and touch-based computer-aided design interface for large displays.Sharma holds a master's from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and co-led the activities of MIT Media Lab India from 2013–2015. He is a TED and TEDx speaker and has been included in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for Asia, MIT Technology Review’s 35 Innovators Under 35, and Foreign Policy magazine’s 100 Global Thinkers of 2016. 

Martin Roscheisen is an American-Austrian tech entrepreneur. He is CEO and  co-founder of US-based unicorn Diamond Foundry, the first certified carbon-neutral producer of lab-grown diamonds. He has worked there since 2012, prior to the company’s official establishment in 2013.Roscheisen holds a PhD in computer science from Stanford University, where his classmates included Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin. He is one of the first generation of internet entrepreneurs, and has been involved in starting a number of companies. Before starting Diamond Foundry, Roscheisen headed the $640m solar startup Nanosolar from 2002–2010 as its CEO and founder. This was Silicon Valley's first solar power tech startup financed by American venture capital and, at the time, the highest-valued solar startup.When Nanosolar closed due to cheaper competition from China, much of its remaining technical expertise and resources went to setting up Diamond Foundry.In addition, Roscheisen was also formerlyCEO and the founder of eGroups. One of the first social media platforms to reach 50m users, the firm was acquired by Yahoo!.CTO and co-founder of enterprise software firm TradingDynamics, which sold to Ariba for $1.2bn.CTO and co-founder of FindLaw, a leading Internet legal site eventually sold to Thomson Reuters.In 2003, Fortune Magazine named Roscheisen one of America’s 40 Under 40, and one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in the country.

Spain's first social impact investment fund Creas Foundation invests in business projects which prioritize the creation of social and environmental value. It acts as an investor and partner in financial, management and strategic decisions. Its goal is to facilitate access to funding and accelerate growth of social businesses which have an innovative approach and sustainable income model. It has fixed a target of €30m to invest in social enterprise startups. The fund offers participatory loans or capital injections ranging from €5,000 to €25,000.

Nigerian investment bank and investor CardinalStone Partners was founded in 2008. It invests in enterprises with the potential to transform diverse sectors deemed to be strategic to the development of the economies in Nigeria, Ghana and other West African countries.The VC also reviews potential investments in relation to their ESG impact. CardinalStone currently has six companies in its portfolio including Nigerian gym chain i-Fitness and Nigerian fintech Appzone. In 2020, it raised $50m for a new private equity fund, CardinalStone Capital Advisers Growth Fund. 

Established in New York in 1979, Women's World Banking is a not-for-profit dedicated to financing initiatives for low-income women in developing nations. Its Capital Partners Fund is a private equity limited partnership that makes direct equity investments in women-focused financial institutions.To date, the fund has invested in 12 organizations, mostly banks offering micro-credits, in 10 developing nations. Investments for the first quarter of 2021 included participation in Colombian fintech Aflore’s $6.5m investment round and Kenyan insurtech Pula’s $2m Series A round.

Norfund is the sovereign investment fund of Norway, established by the parliament in 1997 and owned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The company has committed NOK 28.4bn in investments into 170 projects in developing countries as of 2020. Norfund has regional offices in Thailand, Costa Rica, Kenya, Mozambique and Ghana to support its activities in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Founded in Amsterdam in 2011, Rockstart is a global accelerator-VC focusing on sustainability startups across market segments. Rockstart also runs specialist programs like agrifood in Copenhagen, healthcare in the Dutch town of Nijmegen and also in emerging tech in Bogota, Colombia. It specializes in developing business relationships for portfolio startups with global corporates such as Maersk, Shell and the Dutch Ministry of Health. Rockstart has invested in more than 250 startups, valued at €750m in total.Launched in 2019, Rockstart’s €22m agrifood fund secured investment partners including Vaekstfonden’s Green Future Fund and global dairy cooperative Arla Foods. It has invested in 20 food enterprises like Swiss zero-waste supermarket Lyfa and Danish alt-leather startup Beyond Leather Materials in 2021. Rockstart’s energy fund recently invested in the €730,000 pre-seed round of Danish carbon sequestration corporate marketplace, Klimate, in September 2021. Exits include Wercker, iClinic, Brincr and 3D Hubs.

500 Startups is a global venture capital seed fund and startup accelerator based in Silicon Valley.

Founded in 2014, Stellar Kapital is a VC and investment firm that seeks to empower new entrepreneurs and launch new tech events including a cultural and music Stellar Fest in 2018.  Its first fund of US$10 million was mainly invested in real-sector companies. Armed with a second investment fund of US$25 million, Stellar Kapital is looking to invest in startups with funding ranging from US$200,000 to US$1 million. The VC also invests directly in offline companies like co-working business Freeware Spaces, Stellar Parking and Divestekno, an oil and gas company.
