Founded in 2011 by former Kingsoft CFO Wang Donghui (Kelvin Wang), Koubei and Wacai founder and former Alibaba executive Li Zhiguo (Frank Li) and another former top Alibaba executive (head of corporate finance and VP) Andrew Teoh (Zhao Hong). In July 2008, he founded Point Blank Capital and became the managing partner of the financial services company based in Miami. In January 2016, he became the CFO and COO for Sao Paulo-based startup Squad, a platform that connects self-employed workers with companies.Wooten also met up with Jasper Holdsworth, a cattle rancher from New Zealand who was exploring the use of GPS tracking sensors to create a virtual fencing system for livestock management. In July 2016, Wooten became the CEO and co-founder of Vence Corp. The tech company designs and makes AI-enabled tracking devices like animal collars to help livestock owners reduce animal husbandry costs and improve the productivity of their pastureland.

Founder and CEO of Meowcard, Larry Wang (Wang Lei) was born in 1991. After graduating from college in 2011, he joined a startup where he headed design and marketing. He also designed more than 10 WeChat mini programs*. Wang started Meowcard, a mini program-based social community for cat lovers as a hobby and it went viral.[1] *Small mobile apps (under 10MB) that can be downloaded and run within WeChat.

With a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, Frank Lin has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in medtech and aerospace. Before founding CH Biomedical in 2008, he was the principal staff engineer at Kriton Medical, the predecessor of HeartWare International (now Medtronic), leading the computational fluid dynamic design of its Heartware Ventricular Assist Device (HVAD) system. Lin holds 15 US and international patents in left ventricular assist device and turbomachinery. He is also an adjunct professor at the Academy of Engineering and Technology, Fudan University.

Founder and chairman of Citybox. Wang graduated from Fudan University and has many years of experience in consulting and private equity buyout. He was formerly partner at CITIC Capital. Wang is the co-founder of Fruitday, an e-commerce fruit seller, and a shareholder in the biggest imported shopping mall in Shanghai, CityShop.
