DCP Capital is an international private equity firm that mainly invests in Asia. The DCP team previously led KKR and Morgan Stanley’s private equity businesses in Asia. In 2016, Kunlun acquired a 60% stake in Grindr. It now invests primarily in sectors such as social networking, live streaming, IoT and AI. Four of the companies in which it invested - Qudian, Yinke, Opera and Ruhan - have gone public as of April 2019.

ICF aims to boost private angel and seed investments within the Catalan entrepreneurial ecosystem, while diversifying its investment sources. In January 2006, Chen Hua (Tony Chen) co-founded Kuxun.cn, a Chinese travel and hotel search engine that was acquired by TripAdvisor in 2009. Horizons Ventures is a Hong Kong-based venture capital firm that manages the personal investments of Li Ka-shing, one of Hong Kong’s richest businessmen. Horizons’ investments cover a wide range of tech, media, and telecommunications companies. Standouts include artificial intelligence company DeepMind (acquired by Google in 2014), plant-based meat replacement makers Impossible Foods, and video conferencing software Zoom. It has also backed consumer-facing businesses like Atomo Coffee in Australia, Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia, and US-based distilled spirits company Endless West.

Italy's first impact investment fund is focused mainly on assisting Italian startups. Its investment size ranges from €200,000 to €6m. Oltre Venture was founded in 2006 as Oltre Venture I by Luciano Balbo and Lorenzo Allevi, both pioneers in Europe's impact investing ecosystem and each with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance and VC firms.In 2016, the company launched a second investment vehicle (Oltre Venture II) which currently has a portfolio of more than 22 startups.

Hong Kong-based Unicorn Capital Partners was founded in 2015 by Tommy Yip, former partner of Emerald Hill Capital Partners.Unicorn is a leading FoF platform that focuses on venture capital fund and direct investment opportunities in China and Asia. It mainly invests in technology, media, telecommunications and healthcare. By December 2019, Unicorn had $800m in assets under management. It also raised over $350m for its fourth fund.
