Plug and Play, the world’s largest startup accelerator, is a seed and early-stage investment firm. Based in Silicon Valley, Plug and Play invests in more than 160 of the 5,000 startups it reviews every year and runs industry-specific accelerator programs to help the startups it funds grow faster.

Nayoko Wicaksono graduated at the University of British Columbia in 2007 and had worked at prestigious companies such as Morneau Shepell, Rocket Internet and Emtek. He left Emtek in 2014 and started the on-demand household services startup Seekmi a year later. However, he decided to step down as CEO in 2016 to become the chairman of Seekmi. He later became a venture partner at Plug and Play Indonesia and has also invested in Turkey’s motorbike transport app Scotty in 2017. He is also a director and co-founder of data science education center Algoritma that helps students gain employable skills.

Sudarmin Then started his career as a game developer with fellow university alumnus Kris Antoni in 2009. They started to create free-to-play Flash-based games under the banner of Toge Productions, which has now grown into a full-fledged games development and publishing studio. Sudarmin studied games development at Murdoch University, Australia, graduating in 2007. He also enrolled at Indonesia's Bina Nusantara University, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Multimedia Studies.
