Founder and CEO of Prelo
Fransiska Hadiwidjana is a young technopreneur and coder. The graduate in Informatics Engineering is a co-founder of AugMI Labs in USA that won the Thomson Reuters Data Prize at the MIT US$100K Entrepreneurship Competition in 2013. Fransiska had also worked as an IT intern at Microsoft and the Office of the President of Indonesia. She also participated at a Silicon Valley think tank at the Singularity University before graduating from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2012. She went on to establish Prelo, an online marketplace for secondhand goods in 2015.

Victor Timothy has more than 12 years of experience in management, accounting and sales. The Business Administration graduate worked as an insurance agent for Prudential Life Assurance while still at Universitas Bina Nusantara in Indonesia. After graduating in 2005, he worked as a cost accountant and inventory manager for almost four years at a food packaging company PT Anta Tirta Kirana. He later worked as an area sales manager at PT Indo Pangan Nusantara for another four years until May 2015 when he left to join Wedlite as a co-founder. Wedlite is now part of the bigger Taralite fintech.

Tomy Yunus is co-founder and CEO of Cakap (formerly known as Squline). He graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara with a bachelor's in Computer Engineering in 2009, after which he pursued further education in China, graduating with a master's in Chinese Economy from Renmin University. While attending Chinese lessons at the Beijing Language and Culture Center, Tomy met future Squline co-founder Yohan Limerta. In 2009 Boris Sanjaya graduated in Industrial and System Engineering at the University of Washington, USA. He worked for one year as an intern at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Seattle. He worked as a business analyst at Amazon for four months before joining a Distribution Management Program at General Electric in 2010. He left GE and returned to Indonesia to work as a consultant for BCG in 2012. Together with Hendi Chandi, Boris co-founded telecoms startup Kokatto in 2014. He later left BCG in 2016 to join Hendi to establish PT Advotics Teknologi Global as CEO.

Reynir Fauzan is a co-founder of virtual assistant app YesBoss, which pivoted into chatbot builder Kata.ai in late 2016. He remains with the company as CMO. Joseph Aditya, a veteran in the B2B and supply chain industries, is a graduate in Marketing Management and International Business from Deakin University in Australia.He spent over seven years working his way up, first as a sales representative at PT Tridinamika Jaya Instrument to finally becoming the company’s major shareholder and managing director. He left in June 2014 after developing the business into a full-scale operation and saving it from bankruptcy. Joseph is now the CEO of Ralali and hopes to transform the B2B e-commerce systems for the wholesale and industrial procurement sectors in Indonesia.

After six years of building innovative products and new businesses in Singapore and India, Nigel Hembrow has made Indonesia his home and headquarters for Astronaut Technologies, his latest venture in HR tech. Hailing from Australia, Queensland civil engineer Nigel started out in project management and engineering design for construction company Mace. After an MBA from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he worked at The Great Little Water Company and Amida Recruitment. Nigel is also currently a director at Rayjon Group, a family-owned property investment and development conglomerate that was co-founded by managing director John Hembrow in 1976.

While still in university, he and Bachtiar Rifai established Jogja Web Services, which provides digital advertising and other services to SMEs. The duo continued on to establish digital marketing consultancy WireHub, digital ad automation company Kofera and, most recently, AI-ready, “data unification” platform Volantis Technology. Between 2012 and 2018, he took on various jobs in other companies, including travel aggregator website Pegipegi, the Lazada Group and now-defunct, social travel site Burufly. He also worked as a blogger and graphic designer on a freelance basis.
