Torch Capital is a venture capital firm based in New York, primarily investing in seed and Series A rounds with check sizes ranging from $500,000 to $3m. Founded in 2018, the firm raised its first fund of $60m in June 2019, making 15 investments within its first year of operations. Torch Capital has made a total of 46 investments and 10 exits to date. Two investees, Compass and Digital Ocean, are now public-listed companies.Founder and managing partner Jonathan Keidan previously worked for McKinsey and Company and for General Electric CEO Jack Welsh. Keidan is also the co-founder of digital media publication InsideHook.

Feng set up Ceyuan Ventures in 2004, focusing on early-stage IT and emerging growth firms in China. Notable investments include Jiayuan, Qihoo 360, Dianping and Meitu. Feng Bo is the brother of Feng Tao, another leading investor, and founder and head of NewMargin Ventures.

Founded by Zhang Guiping, brother of Suning Commerce Group Chairman Zhang Jindong. The Zhang brothers co-founded Suning in 1987 and divided the business in 1999 into Suning Universal, listed as one of the top 20 real estate companies in China, and Suning Commerce, one of the largest appliance retailers in China. The investment conducted by Suning Universal in China mainly focuses on culture and entertainment industry. Suning Universal is expanding to the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, Australia, France and South Korea, seeking investment opportunities in real estate, entertainment, healthcare, and culture industries.

UK-based venture capital firm Notion Capital was established in 2009 by SaaS firm MessageLabs founders Stephen Chandler and Jos White. MessageLabs was sold to Symantec for US$700 million the year before. Notion focuses on European enterprise software startups and has about US$350 million under management. The company has invested in 50 startups with a special emphasis on SaaS and Cloud-based applications. It has managed 10 exits to date including Adbrain and NewVoiceMedia. Its recent investments include GoCardless' Series E round, debt financing for DueDil and in Vortexa's Series A round. 

Founded in 2014, Stellar Kapital is a VC and investment firm that seeks to empower new entrepreneurs and launch new tech events including a cultural and music Stellar Fest in 2018.  Its first fund of US$10 million was mainly invested in real-sector companies. Armed with a second investment fund of US$25 million, Stellar Kapital is looking to invest in startups with funding ranging from US$200,000 to US$1 million. The VC also invests directly in offline companies like co-working business Freeware Spaces, Stellar Parking and Divestekno, an oil and gas company.

Vynn Capital LP was founded in early 2018 by former Gobi Partners vice president Victor Chua and Darren Chua from Singapore. Victor joined Gobi in 2015 and was on Forbes’ 30 under 30 Asia list 2017: Finance and Venture Capital.The Malaysian VC, with plans to raise a maiden fund of US$40 million, will focus on financing collaborations among large corporates, SMEs and innovative startups in the ASEAN region including Myanmar. It will invest in 15 to 30 companies. with seed funds ranging from US$300,000 to US$500,000 and Series A of US$1 million.

Established in July 2009, GP Capital was co-funded by Shanghai International Group, Jiangsu Shagang Group, Huatai Securities and Hengdian Group. It specializes in establishing and managing industrial investment funds and private equity funds. GP Capital manages the RMB 20 billion Shanghai Financial Development Investment Fund. The Fund was sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government with approval from the State Council and National Development and Reform Commission. Half of GP Capital's investment has gone to financial firms. It also invests in sectors such as consumer products, healthcare, new energy, culture, etc.

Vincent Rosso, the co-founder of Consentio and BlaBlaCar Spain is also the chairman of GOI Travel SL. The industrial engineer has a wide range of work experience including working as an aerospace and telecom software engineer at Dassault Data Services after obtaining his master’s in 1994. He also worked as sales manager at IT firms Interwoven and Kabira Technology.He decided to become a tech investor and co-founder in 2009 with BlaBlaCar. Since then, Rosso supported more startups and eventually established SeedPod Capital in 2015 to manage all his investments.

Apostolos Apostolakis is a serial entrepreneur turned investor. He has a Civil Engineering degree from NTUA and an MBA from Columbia Business School. His entrepreneurial career started after working two years as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group until 2004. He became a co-founder and board member of various companies including VentureFriends, InstaShop, Douleutaras.gr, e-food.gr, Doctoranytime.gr and Blueground (formerly Openfund and Taxibeat). In 2010, he started investing in other startups, focusing on e-marketplaces and SaaS.

Carex Logistics is a logistics industry leader in Spain. Headquartered in Murcia, the company is involved in cargo shipping, integral logistics, domestic and international freight; as well as national and international couriers. Carex is one of the first logistics company in Europe to use blockchain technology.The founder and president of Carex Logistics is Ricardo Rúbio, a sector expert with over 30 years of experience in cargo shipping. He is also a business angel and advisor in startups that provide logistic solutions to innovate and digitalize the industry through cutting-edge technologies. 

Startupbootcamp Commerce Amsterdam is part of the Startupbootcamp accelerator global group that was originally founded in Denmark in 2010. The Commerce Amsterdam programs are dedicated to early-stage startups in the e-commerce and retail verticals. They help founders during the MVP development phase and provide mentoring support across logistics solutions, fraud security, AI, big data, advertising, marketing and sales.The programs are based in a co-working space in Amsterdam and founders receive €15,000 to cover their living expenses in the city during the three-month period of intense mentorship, masterclasses and pitching opportunities.

Formerly known as Tribeca Angels, the New York-based Tribeca Early Stage Partners was established in 2014 by John McEvoy. The firm's network of 50 entrepreneurs and business leaders specialize in institutional finance and enterprise technology. Tribeca focuses on early-stage investments in fintechs and ERPs, especially those based in the New York area. Initial investment per startup ranges from US$500,000 to US$1 million. It has invested in 15 startups and managed two exits, Cola and James.

China Merchants Venture, a subsidiary of China Merchants Group, was founded in November 2015. It is headquartered in Shenzhen and has opened offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Israel and Silicon Valley. The company invests in finance, real estate, logistics, transportation, healthcare, AI, among other industries. Of the RMB 5 bn capital under its management, RMB 2bn is earmarked for a fund of funds (FOF) and the other RMB 3 bn for direct investment. As of April 2019, the FOF has invested in 28 early and growth stage funds, and directly invested in over 50 startups.  

42CAP is a German VC fund established in 2016 for seed and early-stage investments in European startups. Alex Meyer and Thomas Wilke, both founders of eCircle, one of Europe’s largest SaaS companies that was sold to Teradata in 2012, are co-founders and partners of 42CAP. They have taken advantage of 42CAP’s success to invest in international AI-powered startups. To date, the company has made 21 investments, most recently in the Series A rounds of streaming analytics integration software company Crosser, in customer data and engagement platform CrossEngage and in the Series B round of marketing platform Adversity. 

GP Bullhound is a financial advisory and investment firm founded in 1999 with offices in London, San Francisco, Stockholm, Berlin, Manchester, Paris, Hong Kong, Madrid and New York. To date, the firm has undertaken over 530 investments worldwide, with its latest fund raising €65 million in 2018. GP Bullhound's 18 exits to date include successful companies like Spotify and Avito. It has invested in renowned companies like Slack and Wallapop. Its recent investments include a Series A round in customer service platform Nivo and a Series D round in productivity software, Partnerize.
