Daniel Surya has almost 20 years of experience in the branding industry, having worked at agencies like Addison, Landor Associates and The Brand Union. He started AR&Co in 2009. The augmented reality branding startup was later renamed Slingshot.Daniel decided to invest in more ventures including DAV Global under the banner of the WIR Group. He is currently the CEO of WIR and the chairman of the Slingshot group that launched Mindstores.

Domenico Tukiman is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Southern California, USA. As an undergraduate between 2012 and 2015, he interned at companies in the US and Indonesia, including Ernst & Young, Boston Consulting Group and PwC. After graduating in 2015, he worked at ARIS, an investment consulting firm based in California before returning to Indonesia in 2017 to establish Synergo, a human resources management software startup.

Hans Sebastian holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, as well as a master's in software engineering from Seattle University. As a student, he worked brief stints at Crane Aerospace and Siemens and was a volunteer at the Mozilla Foundation. On his graduation in 2009, Hans worked as a quality assurance software engineer at Splunk, a data analytics and security software company. He returned to Indonesia in 2017 to join microlending startup JULO.

Tjokro Wimantara is a co-founder of motorcycle-mounted billboard startup Karta. In 2008, he graduated with a bachelor's in Mechatronics from the Swiss German University, an international university in Indonesia. He earned his MBA through the Tsinghua-MIT Global MBA program in 2012, winning the Outstanding Master's Dissertation Award on the topic of subliminal advertising. A certified financial advisor who has passed the CFA Level 3 exams, Tjokro holds the both the COO and CFO positions at Karta.

Muhammad Senoyodha Brennaf has been building businesses since his time as a computer science and information engineering undergraduate at Inha University, South Korea.  Between 2010 and 2014, he sold SIM cards and cellphones to foreigners, while being engaged in an export-import business. In 2015, Senoyodha pursued a master's in Advanced Computer Science at Manchester University, UK before returning to Indonesia a year later to establish Astrajingga, the app development startup behind travel listing platform Halal Local.

Pau Ramon is a co-founder and the CTO of Spanish human resource startup Factorial. For five years, he was the CTO of Redbooth (formerly Teambox), a cloud-based SaaS project management tool that facilitates collaboration and communication within teams. Ramon had fortuitously met the Redbooth team when trying to secure funding and partners for zspeakers.com, a social media influencer monetizing platform he had earlier established. Ramon has a BSc in Multimedia and another in Software Engineering. 

Li earned his master’s degree in Software Engineering from Nankai University. He won the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award four years in a row starting in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, Li was in charge of system architecture design at Fetion, an instant messaging tool developer. In 2011, he co-founded a startup that provided personalized reading recommendations, but it failed after eight months. Li co-founded Worktile with Wang Tao in late 2012.

Sofian Hadiwijaya is a co-founder of smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar. Despite not having completed his undergraduate industrial engineering degree due to financial difficulties, Sofian was already a programming instructor during his early college days at Bina Nusantara university and later became an market analyst for international cement company Holcim. Sofian was a co-founder of both IT consultancy firm Crazy Hackerz and online lending and pawnshop Pinjam and has worked for startups KUDO and Nodeflux.

Peter Shearer is a marketing communications professional who co-founded of AR&Co, a company under the WIR advertising group, that provides augmented reality-based interactive ads. As WIR's Chief Business Development Officer, he also co-founded DÄV, which creates AI-enabled interactive advertising platforms for FMCG brands in convenience stores. Peter left his position at WIR and its affiliated companies in 2017 to establish Wahyoo, an Indonesian startup that upgrades traditional roadside eateries to boost their owners' incomes.

Born in 1992, Huang is pursuing her doctoral degree in Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. While studying for her master's at UESTC in 2016, she founded a robotics startup. Huang and her team developed a badminton robot that played against Premier Li Keqiang and also won the Best Innovative Robotic Technology Award at the 2016 World Robotics Conference. In 2017, she was nominated for University Student of the Year by China Campus magazine.

José Alberto Rocha is the Portuguese co-founder and CEO of YouClap, where he has worked since 2016. Rocha holds a Master's in IT Management Systems from the University of Aveiro and has also studied business and management. YouClap was developed at the university's incubator IERA. Rocha also worked as an Investment Officer at NU-RISE, a medtech startup also based at IERA. He is an avid adventure sports fan, which was one of his inspirations for developing YouClap.

Carlos Castellano Aldave is co-founder and Technical Executive Officer of Spanish long-range drone technology startup FuVeX, where he has worked since 2015. From 2008 to 2017, he was head of R&D at the Public University of Navarre. He spent 17 years as technical director at electrical component manufacturer NACESA. Castellano holds two master's degrees, one in Communications from the Public University of Navarre and the other in Innovation Management from the Technical University of Madrid.

In 2019, Daniel Andreu Acosta became the CMO and co-founder of agroSingularity, a Murcia-based startup producing natural powder ingredients from discarded agricultural by-products.He has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. He was also a managing partner at FuelUp Business Factory, a business boutique specializing in high-tech solutions for retail and customer intelligence. Acosta is also a guest professor at the European Business Factory and the Catholic University of Murcia.

Carlos Ricci Ricci has an MBA in marketing from Minas Gerais Catholic Pontifical University and an MBA in business finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.He has worked in banking for over 30 years, including more than 14 years in sales and risk management at Banco Fidis. He also worked as an account manager at ABN AMRO bank for over 16 years. He is now the co-founder and Head of Customer Success of edtech startup Blox.

Miguel Frasquet Herraiz is passionate about the energy sector, having worked for six years on projects in China, the UAE and several European countries, as well as four years at the CTAER (Advanced Technology Centre for Renewable Energy) as an engineer and solar R&D coordinator. In 2016, Frasquet co-founded Solatom based on his PhD thesis and is currently the CEO of the startup that develops solar concentrators for industrial applications.
