Co-founder and CTO of Moka
Grady Laksmono is a seasoned software engineer. He holds a master’s in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in USA and has years of experience in web development and software engineering under his belt. In 2011, he co-founded trueRSVP, a tech-based event management company where he served as CTO for a year. After working as a software engineer for over four years at three companies, he finally left online game company Zynga in 2014. He became a co-founder and the CTO of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia in April 2014 to launch a mobile point-of-sale service platform.

Co-founder and CEO of Kudo
Albert Lucius has worked in three Fortune 100 companies. After earning a master’s and a bachelor’s in Computer Science in the US, he started working as an analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2008 to 2010.He became a product engineer at Apple Inc for two years, before going home to work for the Boston Consulting Group in Jakarta in 2013. He also acquired two MBAs from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and the London Business School. In 2014, he decided to establish PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia with fellow UC Berkeley alumnus Agung Nugroho.

In 2009 Boris Sanjaya graduated in Industrial and System Engineering at the University of Washington, USA. He worked for one year as an intern at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Seattle. He worked as a business analyst at Amazon for four months before joining a Distribution Management Program at General Electric in 2010. He left GE and returned to Indonesia to work as a consultant for BCG in 2012. Together with Hendi Chandi, Boris co-founded telecoms startup Kokatto in 2014. He later left BCG in 2016 to join Hendi to establish PT Advotics Teknologi Global as CEO.

Fitri Andriani is multitalented, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the Universitas Islam Bandung in Indonesia. She worked as a flight attendant over three years. She later became a supervisor of mining business administration at PT Humpuss, a petrochemical and shipping company. She then left her last job in February 2013 as executive secretary at a telecommunications company Smartfren. She became a co-founder and COO of Tripvisto in April 2014. She left Tripvisto in 2015 to work on “W Project”.
Fitri Andriani is multitalented, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the Universitas Islam Bandung in Indonesia. She worked as a flight attendant over three years. Arief Widhiyasa is an Agate co-founder and one of the original 18 members of the game development studio who met at Bandung Institute of Technology and began the company after graduation. He and his teammates did not have prior experience in running a business – Arief's bachelor's degree is in Computer Science – but they powered through and the company is still going strong more than 10 years later. Arief was named among Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia list in the Consumer Tech category.

Shieny Aprilia is one of Agate's original 18 members and has been with the company since it was established in 2009. She was originally tasked with managing the company's operations and finances while still working as a game programmer and producer. As Agate continued to grow, she took over the role of COO and eventually became Chief Marketing Officer.Like most of the other original members of Agate, Shieny graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor's in Informatics Engineering.

Between 2011 and 2013 while still at university, Dimas became the corporate funding head of Keuken, securing corporate sponsorships for the popular Bandung food festival. In 2014, he joined Sony Indonesia, managing the company's portable audio product sales, before moving to Go-Jek in 2017 to head up the company's growth experiments in Go-Tix and Go-Pay. Dimas and former Go-Jek colleague Wisnu Nugrahadi established gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.

Imron graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2001 with a bachelors in Industrial Design. In 2004, he founded Irisdesain, a studio which fulfilled below the line corporate branding needs. In 2013, Imron co-founded Digital Happiness, an Indonesian video games development studio. Prior to setting up Digital Happiness, he was a 3D animator and design consultant. He created a simulation game for the Indonesian army. He is now CEO of Digital Happiness.

Despite his young age, Alfian Pamungkas Sakawiguna is already an experienced IT specialist and serial entrepreneur. While still in high school, he ran an Internet cafe and maintained his school’s web server. In 2013, he became the founder and CEO of MetroWorld Host, a web hosting rental services platform. In 2015 he co-founded another web hosting business, IDCloudHost.Alfian is currently reading a Computer Science degree at Telkom University, Indonesia. In 2017, he also became a certified EC-Council instructor and took on additional roles as MD of PT Siber Sekurindo Teknologi and Deputy CTO of PT Tekkon Terra Techno.

Ex-McKinsey consultant and Amadeus engineer Jaime Laulhé lived in New York, Paris and Hong Kong before returning to his native Madrid to work at McKinsey, where he spent two years. He holds degrees in IT Engineering from Madrid Polytechnic University and in Telecommunications Engineering from ENSIMAG in France, and an MBA from the University of Chicago and a master's in Mathematics from Institut Fourier, France.In New York and Hong Kong, he spent several years working in High Frequency Trading tech at Société Générale. He is founder and CEO of Geoblink, developing location tech AI solutions for retail, real estate and FMCG sectors.
