CNBB Venture Partners is a Dutch fund with 30+ years' experience in the SaaS cloud industry – the company’s main investment focus. Through the VC fund, CNBB invests in funding rounds from €500,000 to €5m, usually provided to companies with a minimum of  €1m annual recurring revenue.Through the private equity vehicle, CNBB identifies and acquires Europe-based SaaS companies active in markets with consistent growth, profitability and consolidation. CNBB provides equity investment from €3m to €10m.

Hong Kong-based Unicorn Capital Partners was founded in 2015 by Tommy Yip, former partner of Emerald Hill Capital Partners.Unicorn is a leading FoF platform that focuses on venture capital fund and direct investment opportunities in China and Asia. It mainly invests in technology, media, telecommunications and healthcare. By December 2019, Unicorn had $800m in assets under management. It also raised over $350m for its fourth fund.

The Chinese affiliate of top Silicon Valley venture capital firm Sequoia Capital was founded in 2005 by Neil Shen (Shen Nanpeng), a co-founder of Ctrip, China's largest travel booking site. With more than US$6 billion under management in 2015, the firm has invested in more than 300 startups in China, including some of the country's biggest brands: Alibaba, JD.com, Didi, DJI, Sina and Qihoo 360. Sequoia, together with China Broadband Capital, also helped to bring to China LinkedIn and AirBnB, companies that both have invested in.

M Capital Partners is a leading private equity firm in the French small-cap market. It specializes in SME financing in the development and transmission phases. Based in Paris, the company has offices in Toulouse, Nice, Montepellier and Bordeaux. Founded 17 years ago, M Capital has €530m under active management. It is engaged in venture and capital investments, real estate, and impact investing. Recently it declared its aim to obtain the B Corp sustainability label, and created a foundation and several positive impact funds and moved to decarbonize its portfolio. 

Ma Xiaojun has 10+ years of experience in real estate, having founded Hengjia Real Estate in Shanghai and a holiday accommodation venture (Lvjiawang) in Sanya, Hainan, managing over 300 units.

Holding an MBA from Lancaster University, UK, Yang co-founded Dana+ with Ren Xinxin and Lv Xin in 2015. He’s also a partner of Lidafeng Investment, and of Ming Capital, an investment management company co-founded by popular Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming.

Caffeinated Capital is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm founded by Raymond Tonsing, founded in 2009. Since 2016, it has launched three funds, investing a total US$242 million in 60 companies, including five as the lead investor. It has seen a number of prominent exits including Parse, WePay and Appurify and was the lead investor in Series B rounds for Sapho and Airtable, besides MemSQL's Series C funding. Its recent investments include in Opendoor's Series E round and in Triplebyte's Series B and SentiLink's Series A rounds. Healthcare, fintech and cryptosecurity are key investment areas. 

UK-based venture capital firm Notion Capital was established in 2009 by SaaS firm MessageLabs founders Stephen Chandler and Jos White. MessageLabs was sold to Symantec for US$700 million the year before. Notion focuses on European enterprise software startups and has about US$350 million under management. The company has invested in 50 startups with a special emphasis on SaaS and Cloud-based applications. It has managed 10 exits to date including Adbrain and NewVoiceMedia. Its recent investments include GoCardless' Series E round, debt financing for DueDil and in Vortexa's Series A round. 

Vynn Capital LP was founded in early 2018 by former Gobi Partners vice president Victor Chua and Darren Chua from Singapore. Victor joined Gobi in 2015 and was on Forbes’ 30 under 30 Asia list 2017: Finance and Venture Capital.The Malaysian VC, with plans to raise a maiden fund of US$40 million, will focus on financing collaborations among large corporates, SMEs and innovative startups in the ASEAN region including Myanmar. It will invest in 15 to 30 companies. with seed funds ranging from US$300,000 to US$500,000 and Series A of US$1 million.

Based in London, CPT Capital is the venture arm of private equity pioneer Jeremy Coller's private family office. Coller is the founder of Europe’s first private equity for secondaries in 1990. The British philanthropist has also established several business schools and the Jeremy Coller Foundation that aims to eliminate factory farming. In 2017, CPT Capital was founded to disrupt the food industry with investments in the alt-protein sector to create the “future of food and materials” like plant-based, recombinant and cell-cultured proteins.
