Shuai Ke graduated from Jiangsu University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Insurance. Upon graduation, he joined Colgate to work in marketing and sales. Two years later, he joined news portal NetEase. In April 2014, he resigned from the post of editor-in-chief for the tech channel at NetEase and co-founded Fenbi, the predecessor of Yuanfudao. 

Wang Lianghu graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in 2011. He then joined Tencent and worked as a T3-level engineer. During his four years at Tencent, he focused on the design and R&D of Qzone (a Myspace-like blogging platform). After leaving Tencent, he co-founded Xiaoe Tech in 2016.

Fan Xiaoxing received a master’s degree in digital media from the University of Sussex in 2015. Before that, she had worked as media marketing manager at Roland Corporation from 2012 to 2014 and as marketing coordinator at Maker Club(UK) for five months in 2015. Fan co-founded Xiaoe Tech in 2016, and is in charge of marketing.

Farid Naufal Aslam was the CTO of a Bandung-based design studio Monoponik from 2012 to 2014, while he was still reading for a degree in Business Management in Technology and Informatics at the Telkom University in Indonesia. In 2015, he established PasarLaut.com, an e-commerce platform for fishermen. PT Aruna Jaya Nuswantara was later incorporated to transform PasarLaut.com into a fishery tech startup Aruna.

Argentinian-born Verónica Costa Orvalho is a veteran in animation technology. In 2016, she became the CEO and founder of Didimo that was inspired by an earlier venture Face In Motion, established in 2007 to focus on cinematic quality and animation production of faces. Orvalho won the award for the AI and virtual reality category at a Women Startup Challenge event held in New York in 2017. Orvalho has a long academic track record in related fields, beginning with a first degree in Software Engineering from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires. She moved to Barcelona and obtained a master's degree in Videogame Design and Development at University Pompeu Fabra where she continued to work on creating a facial animation system “For CG Films”. She later completed her PhD at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia with her thesis: Fast and Reusable Facial Rigging and Animation to develop an application that could speed up the traditional “slowing rigging” process. She has worked at Ericsson as a systems analyst and was a producer at the Argentinian film company Patagonik Film Group that helped to produce the Oscar-winning movie El hijo de la novia. She worked for four years as the founder of Panorama Consulting, a consultancy focusing on developing systems for the medical, logistics and entertainment industries. Since 2003, she has lectured in different institutions, including Porto University's Porto Interactive Center as its specialist in facial animation since 2008.

Changxing Angel was founded in 2015 by the local government of Changxing county in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province. In 2016, it set up an incubator in Hangzhou called UNI Tech-Forest . Startups in Uni Tech-Forest could enjoy the policy support of Changxing county and the tech ecosystems in Hangzhou. As at October 2019, it had more than 60 companies in its incubator, most of which are from new energy, new material, electronics and smart manufacturing sectors.

Based in the Netherlands, Prosus is a global investor in consumer tech and Internet companies. It is a subsidiary of South African tech investment company Naspers. In August 2021 the two companies completed a cross-holding agreement in which Naspers owns 57% of Prosus while Prosus owns 49% of Naspers. The two companies share a single board.Prosus is the largest shareholder in Chinese tech giant Tencent and Russian tech platform Mail.ru. Meanwhile, its venture division invests in a variety of fintech, food delivery, and other consumer tech companies. In Indonesia, it has invested in Bibit, a stock and mutual funds investment platform, as well as fishery trading and community development startup Aruna. It has also invested in edtech platforms like Indian executive learning platform Eruditus, and US-based coding education company SoloLearn.

Titus Wiguno forged a career in the tech industry since 2007, with more than 10 years of experience in building websites and developing apps. He was part of the team that localized Citibank’s CitiRewards program for the Indonesian market. In August 2015, he joined Atoma Medical as CTO to build the e-commerce site for ProSehat, develop mobile apps and to run the backend systems for the startup.

Ernesto Cohnen is co-CEO and one of the founders of Triporate, a startup that applies AI to corporate travel planning. He has 12 years of hands-on IT and project management experience across software architecting, agile software development and deep tech applications. Before launching Triporate, Cohnen spent five years as the Product VP of ixigo, an Indian travel search engine and travel planning application. 

Anthony Kusuma is a co-founder of tech recruitment platform Ekrut, where he was Chief Product Officer until November 2017. Starting in 2012, he has worked in frontend web development and technical roles, including at Indonesian FMCG group Orang Tua and fintech lending platform Modalku, the Indonesian version of Singapore-based Funding Societies. Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from STMIK Dharma Putra, Indonesia. 

Shanghai Zhangjiang Haocheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (Zhangjiang Haocheng) was founded in 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed real estate developer Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd. It has invested RMB 2.5 billion in high-tech startups.

Fransiskus Xaverius is an experienced software engineer. He worked as an intern at RIM and Google during his Computer Science degree course at the University of Washington, USA. After graduating in 2011, he worked as a software engineer at various American tech companies, including the online game firm Zynga, Castlight Health and Homejoy. He returned to Indonesia after leaving Homejoy in 2015 to co-found Qlapa, an online marketplace for handmade products.

Oscar Barba is a Galician computer engineer with many years of experience as a tech entrepreneur and CTO of many companies in the fintech sector.He is currently CTO and co-founder of Sensitrade, a revolutionary technology that captures sentiment about the stock market from social networks, and Coinscrap, a mobile app that facilites micro-savings by rounding up purchases made with credit cards to the nearest euro.

Part of the larger Sonae Group of companies, Sonae IM was launched in 2015 and is the corporate venture arm for tech-based investments. Since their launch, they have backed various companies particularly in the retail technology sector. These include StyleSage (fashion tech in predictive analytics) and InovRetail (demand forecasting for retailers).

Ben Soebiakto first became an entrepreneur in 2005 by founding the Octovate Group, a tech incubator for the creative industry. A graduate in Visual Communications from Universitas Trisakti in Indonesia, he also co-founded XM Gravity that later became part of the global advertising company WPP. Ben also founded a multichannel women content media Fimela and was also the CMO of KapanLagi Network, one of Indonesia’s major online content producers. He joined Muslimarket in February 2016.
