Founded by Finnish serial entrepreneur and angel investor Riku Asikainen, Helsinki-based Evli Growth Partners invest across market segments, with typical initial stakes of €3m–5m at Series A and B funding stages. The VC is currently building up a total fund of €200m to focus on investments in later-stage growth companies Europe. The first fund, EGP Fund I Ky, was launched in December 2018 and closed at €60m in November 2019. New funds will be set up every two years until 2028.EGP currently has seven companies in its portfolio. In 2021, Evli was co-lead investor for the $54m Series B round of Austrian refurbished electronics goods marketplace Refurbed in August, and investor lead in the €22m Series C round of Polish customized furniture design platform Tylko in March.

Founded in Bayern in 2009, SevenVentures GmbH provides Media-for-Equity and Media-for-Revenue investment models to companies with a minimum turnover of €5m. The firm secures TV media coverage and cash payments for its investees, as the investment arm of German media group ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE that has a total monthly TV audience of 60m across seven free channels.In 2019, SevenVentures provided 1,000 advertising hours to 70 businesses. The firm’s media contributions are worth the equivalent of €3m–30m over a period of two to four years. SevenVentures also runs the SevenAccelerator and currently has 18 active portfolio companies. Recent investments in 2021 include the $54m Series B round of Austrian refurbished electronics goods marketplace Refurbed in August and the €35m funding round for German telemedicine platform Wellster Healthtech Group in June.

VNV Global was originally founded as Vostok Nafta in 1996, with its first investment in Russia. The investment vehicle initially focused on investments in agriculture and natural resources, but began to diversify into early consumer internet companies like Avito and Tinkoff Bank. Shares were listed on NASDAQ OMX and the VC pivoted to high-growth tech investments in 2007. In 2015, the name was changed to Vostok New Ventures and shortened to VNV Global in 2020 to reflect its international strategy to expand outside Europe.The mid-cap NASDAQ Stockholm exchange-listed VNV mainly invests in mobility, medtech and marketplaces. It currently has 31 startups in its portfolio and six exits managed to date. Recent investments led by VNV include the $43m Series B funding of London-based food waste app OLIO in September 2021 and the $1.6m seed round of Vietnamese dating app Fika in October 2021. 

Founded by Li Shujun, the former CFO of Shengda, in 2006, Trustbridge Partners is a venture capital and private equity firm focusing on growth-stage and expansion-stage investments in Chinese companies in new energy, environmental protection, new materials, new media, retailing, healthcare, education, e-commerce, etc. The sources of its funds come mainly from university foundations in the US (such as Columbia University, Stanford University, New York University), world-renowned investment firms (Temasek Holdings, Kerry Group, etc.), and private investors.

Founded in 2016, SDICVC is a fund management company under State Development & Investment Corp, dedicating itself to promoting the industrialization of advanced technology and innovation in China, with key focus in Clean Technology, New Energy, Advanced Biotechnology, Advanced IT & Electronic Science. Founded in 1982, Ade Gestión Sodical is an investment firm that specializes in the direct funding of startups at seed, early and growth stages. It also provides finance for VC and management buy-out /buy-in ventures.Sodical mainly focuses on enterprises connected to the Spanish region of Castilla y León to promote economic development in local areas. It normally invests between €180,000 and €2 million, taking minority stakes in small and medium-sized companies.

A member of the family that founded the Zamora Company (which owns Spanish liquor brands Martin Miller, Ramón Bilbao and Licor 43), Ángel Zamora is currently an active entrepreneur, investor and strategy consultant for several European MNCs. He has explored investment opportunities within the Spanish technology ecosystem, backing startups with global ambitions and supporting them in their overseas expansion, especially to Latin American countries. Zamora is an MBA graduate from the Darden Business School in the US. 

Caixa Capital Risc is the venture capital branch of CriteriaCaixa, an investment holding company that manages La Caixa's banking funds. It was established in 2004 and has registered capital of €195 million. It is based in Barcelona, Spain and has invested in more than 100 Spanish companies in different sectors. It invests across sectors, requiring the startup to work with market-proven technology in a profitable and innovative proposition.

ESADE Ban is a network of private investors, comprised of ex-alumnae of the Barcelona, Spain-based ESADE Business School. Founded in 2010, the organization consists of 260 business angels, venture capital companies, family firms and senior managers that have invested more than €27 million in 120 startups. The entity won the European Business Angel Network's 2016 award for best performing business angel and hold investment events throughout the year. 

Fosun RZ Capital was founded as the investment arm of the Fosun Group in 2013. Formerly known as Fosun Kinzon Capital, the firm changed its name in 2017. With assets of over RMB 10 billion under management, the firm invests mainly in the internet, finance, education, healthcare, automotive, consumer products and business services fields. Headquartered in Beijing, Fosun RZ Capital has branch offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, New Delhi, Bangalore, Lagos, Jakarta, Singapore, among other locations.

Established in 2003, COTEC Portugal is a business association which seeks to advance technological development and innovation cooperation. Its network  comprises multinationals and SMEs operating across most sectors whose gross added value represents more than 16% of Portugal's national GDP and 8% of private employment. The president of Portugal is the honorary president of COTEC Portugal.

Headquartered in Washington DC, IDB Lab is the innovation arm of the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB) Group . Its investment vehicle, IDB Invest, aims to finance projects that foster innovation and inclusion in Latin America and the Caribbean area. .  IDB Invest provides many types of financial support. It operates through blended finance to mobilize capital flows into emerging markets or provides loans to test new business models or injects equity into business ventures.

Kinesys Group is an Indonesian VC founded in 2019 by startup ecosystem builder Yansen Kamto. The company made their debut investment in new retail F&B startup Wahyoo. They have also backed sweet-drinks chain Goola and online learning center Zenius. While the company has made at least five investments in Indonesian companies, they have not closed their first fund, for which they targeted to reach $20m. Kinesys targets seed rounds, contributing ticket sizes averaging around $500,000 per startup.

Founded in 2012, BAIC Capital is the investment arm of China's state-owned carmaker, BAIC Group. Headquartered in Beijing, it has branches in six cities across China and has two subsidiaries in Frankfurt and Silicon Valley. It currently manages over 40 funds, worth RMB 30bn. With a focus on connected cars and mobility services, it has invested in more than 100 companies including EV manufacturer BAIC BJEV, battery manufacturer and technology company CATL and ride-hailing giant Didi Chuxing.

BRI Ventures is the corporate VC arm of Indonesian state-owned bank BRI. It was established in 2019 and brought in Nicko Widjaja, who previously worked for MDI Ventures (another state-owned CVC linked to Telkom) as their CEO. They have a stake in the state-linked e-wallet company LinkAja as well as bill aggregator service AyoPop. Their investment activities began in earnest in 2020, with their participation in TaniGroup's Series A+ and Investree's Series C rounds.
