Co-founder and CFO of Kerjabilitas
Ludmilla Williyanti is a social entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance and management. She worked as a finance and accounting officer at a publishing company InsistPress for seven years before becoming a freelance financial consultant in 2011. In 2014, she helped to establish Saujana, a nonprofit dedicated to solving social and environmental issues. Saujana later developed and launched a dedicated job search platform Kerjabilitas to help disabled people to find suitable jobs in Indonesia. Ludmilla is currently the CFO of Saujana.

Alvin Evander Subagyo graduated with a bachelor’s in Information Technology and Systems from Monash University, Australia. He returned to Indonesia after graduating to work at Verena Multi Finance as an assistant to the marketing director. In 2014, he co-founded a social media voting startup Votinc, with Markus Liman Rahardja whom he met at Verena Multi Finance. Votinc only ran for a year and the two friends later created Zelos with Chris Winston while they working together at a dining event project.

After gaining work experience at the InterContinental Hotels Group in Singapore, Christina Suriadjaja decided to become a tech entrepreneur by co-founding Travelio, a spin-off from her father’s public-listed SSIA property conglomerate PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk.Christina attended the Singapore Sports School and was a member of the national netball team, before returning to Indonesia to study at the Jakarta International School. Mikhael Geary Undarsa is armed with both IT skills and business administration experience. He graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Canada.He then worked as a business analyst at HSBC Canada for almost a year before moving on to join IBM Canada as an IT specialist. After three years working on web-based commerce projects, Mikhael returned to Indonesia to join PT Phase Solusindo and Tiket.com. He left PT Phase to become Tiket.com’s Chief Communication Officer.

He then joined JP Morgan but moved on to become an associate at private equity firm Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC).After two years at ZMC, Joe returned to Indonesia to establish his own business consultancy Seroja Partners. In 2014, he joined the online media group KapanLagi Network (KLN) and later became the CEO of KLN’s offshoot Brilio in 2015.

Undaunted, he went on to establish a TV shopping company and a VOIP company. He also founded PT Mitra Cipta Teknologi, the company behind e-commerce HargaHot in 2012. However, Jasin later decided to quit HargaHot to co-found Kioson in 2015.

However, he left the IT services company in 2007 to start various ventures, including a restaurant, a photography business and a land rehabilitation firm PT Indmira.Aryo had also acquired some shrimp farming experience since 2001 and started using Indmira as a vehicle to collaborate with Atnic to develop IoT sensors for shrimp farms. Indmira and Atnic eventually created and launched Jala in late 2015.

In 2008 she joined Metro TV, eventually becoming the producer of Mata Najwa, a talk show hosted by well-known anchor Najwa Shihab. Together with Najwa, she established the omni-channel media network Narasi TV in 2017. Dahlia officially left Metro TV in 2018.
