Carles Ferrer Ramis, AEInnova’s Chief Scientific Officer, is a physicist with a doctoral degree and experience in microelectronics for space applications. He obtained his PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in Microelectronics and Electronic Systems, joining the Computer Science department in 1984 where he held an associate professor position until 2007. Between 2005 and 2016, Ferrer was the director of the Space Studies and CERES Research Center at the same university. Yohan Limerta is one of the co-founders of Squline (now known as Cakap) and is the currently the company's CTO. Since 2016, he has also been concurrently a managing partner at software development and outsourcing company Erporate Solusi Global. in 2009, Yohan met Squline co-founder Tomy Yunus at the Beijing Chinese Language and Culture Center, where both were studying Chinese. After completing the course, Yohan returned to Indonesia to pursue his own business. Yohan holds a bachelor's in Software Engineering and Computer Science from Deakin University, Australia.

Luo Feng earned his bachelor's degree in Architecture from Zhejiang University from 2007 to 2012. After graduation, he worked as an architect for five years at architectural design firms HYP and UC. In 2016, he and two others co-founded Bumie Tech to bring digitization to the construction industry; the startup was subsequently acquired. He started his MBA study in 2017 at Fudan University. In 2018, he set up Onesight with the same two co-founders that he started Bumie Tech with, further developing the concepts and ideas of Bumie Tech. He has served as Onesight's CEO since then.

David Dieteren Ribeiro had aspired to become a professional underwater welder, but as fate would have it, he was exposed to the world of electronics and would go on to pursue an education in the field, culminating in a master’s in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Aveiro. Dieteren has since used his knowledge to co-found two companies, Findster Technologies, a dual pet tracker and fitness tech, and SWORD Health, the first remote physiotherapy tech. Dieteren currently lives in the Netherlands where he works as Process Control Engineer for Sitech Services.

Eager to follow in the footsteps of the successful, local entrepreneurs; Try decided to start his first business venture in 2008 after leaving high school. The success of his Assistant Nurse Vocational Training Center motivated him to consider setting up an online nursing services agency to provide employment for the local graduates, nurses and other healthcare workers. The young entrepreneur, from Ngawi Regency in East Java, invested IDR 50 million to launch Insan Medika in 2013. He became the CEO of the newly incorporated PT Insan Medika Persada in December 2015.
