Rafael Rebollo Cacín is a Multimedia Engineering student at Universidad Ramón Llull (La Salle University BCN) in Barcelona. He is due to graduate in 2019. The co-founder of Arkyne Technologies worked as CTO from October 2015 to September 2016.

He was also a project manager at St. John Capital Management in 2012.Besides being the co-founder and CEO of IDN Media, he is also the Editor-in-Chief of IDN Media that owns IDNtimes.

Mujianto "Muji" Rusman earned his bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the Texas A&M University in 1998, after which he worked for Dell as a development manager while concurrently pursuing an MBA at Texas State University. He then joined Rovi Corporation in 2006, where he spent the next five years. In 2013, Muji returned to Indonesia to establish event photo sharing company EventPic, before building IMOOJI, a new digital brochure development firm in 2016. Although he spent most of his professional career in the US, Muji now divides his time between Indonesia and Seattle, where his family lives.

López-Urdiales is a Spanish aeronautical engineer. In 2009, he founded space transportation company, Zero 2 Infinity, and is also its CEO. Prior to that, he lectured at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in space vehicles and space propulsion and was General Manager at the Barcelona Aeronautics and Space Association. He has previously worked at Boeing and Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA in Management from Paris' Institute of Engineers and two master's degrees, one in Aeronautical Engineering from the University Polytechnic of Madrid, and the other in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITT). 

Ex-McKinsey consultant and Amadeus engineer Jaime Laulhé lived in New York, Paris and Hong Kong before returning to his native Madrid to work at McKinsey, where he spent two years. He holds degrees in IT Engineering from Madrid Polytechnic University and in Telecommunications Engineering from ENSIMAG in France, and an MBA from the University of Chicago and a master's in Mathematics from Institut Fourier, France.In New York and Hong Kong, he spent several years working in High Frequency Trading tech at Société Générale. He is founder and CEO of Geoblink, developing location tech AI solutions for retail, real estate and FMCG sectors.

Born in 1982, Chen Qi graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing in 2005, the same year as fellow alumnus Gong Huaze. Both became co-founders of McFly, with Chen as COO in December 2016.After graduation, Chen moved to Beijing and worked at NavInfo, a digital map supplier under the state-owned China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). He also earned a master’s in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at Wuhan University while working at NavInfo. In 2013, he worked at Alibaba Mobile Business Group as a product manager until he left to establish agtech startup McFly.

Yu Jingyi earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology in 2000. He went on to obtain a doctorate in Computer and Electronic Engineering from MIT in 2005.From 2005 to 2015, he was a professor at the Department of Computer & Information Sciences at the University of Delaware. In 2015, he returned to China and joined ShanghaiTech University as the director of the Virtual Reality and Visual Computing Center. He is currently the dean of the School of Information Science and Technology. He founded DGene as CEO in May 2016. His research focuses on computer vision, computational imaging, computer graphics and bioinformatics.  

Ma Yi earned dual bachelor's degrees in Automation and Applied Mathematics from Tsinghua University in 1995. He obtained a master’s and also a doctorate in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 1997 and 2000 respectively.He worked as an assistant professor and later as associated professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2011. He was the lead researcher and director of the computer vision team at Microsoft Research from 2009 to 2014. He was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013 for contributions to computer vision and pattern recognition.

Marta Arisa is co-founder and COO at Kibus Petcare, the first hardware that automatically cooks and dispenses healthy pet food. She has worked there since 2018. She simultaneously continues to work at the Catalan Tourist Board, where she is currently budget manager. Prior to this, she worked in human resources at Innova Humana Consultores for one and a half years and for two years in business support at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia's corporate innovation program Innova. She also briefly worked as a consultant at the business transfer Marketplace for SMEs in Catalonia.Arisa holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University.

Michael Su is a veteran in the footwear business, an entrepreneur and a startup coach.He read Biology and Business at Washington University in St Louis from 1993 to 1998. After graduation, he worked for Morgan Stanley and Thomson Reuters for several years. He completed an MBA at Cornell University in 2005.He started his career as a brand architect with the Michael Antonio Footwear Group, working his way up to its head of product and later its CEO until 2019. He was also a founder partner at Shoe Dazzle from 2008 to 2011. In 2016, he joined the team to set up 4D ShoeTech before the company was officially launched in 2017.

Marc Rodríguez Garcia is Head of Research and co-founder of Britain’s Xampla, producer of plant-based biodegradable plastics made from protein, where he has worked full-time since it was founded in 2018. Prior to that, from late 2016 he was a postdoctoral research associate at Cambridge University’s Knowles Lab, from which Xampla was spun off.  The Spaniard has also worked as a visiting researcher for the not-for-profit Cancer Research UK.Rodríguez holds a PhD from the University of Glasgow, developing a new method to synthesize oligopeptides from unactivated amino acids, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. 

After graduating in business administration at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2013, Ife Oyedele II stayed on at the university to obtain a master’s in information technology in 2016.While studying in Michigan, Oyedele met up with Obi Ozor and the two friends started an e-commerce venture to sell diapers and baby soap from the US to customers in Nigeria. Ozor later moved to Philadelphia to continue his studies at Wharton School.Still at university, he gained work experience in business intelligence at Michigan consultancy firm CFI Group for about three years. He has also conducted some research for pharma group iLabs and completed stints in business analysis and quality assurance at various companies. In May 2014, he joined General Fuels company in Detroit and worked as a business manager for almost two years.In 2016, Ozor and Oyedele co-founded Uber-style logistics platform Kobo360 in Nigeria. Oyedele was CTO at Kobo360 until 2020 when he became the company’s Chief Growth Officer.

With 10+ years’ IT experience at major Chinese companies including Shougang Group, isoftstone and  Chinasoft International, Li Dequan is a computer engineering graduate from Sichuan University (class of 2003). Before founding Fandianlianmeng, he had a business in software development.

Former co-founder of Nasdaq-listed eFuture Zou Hongjun helped built the supply chain IT systems of over 50% of China’s top 100 chain-store enterprises. The Chongqing University graduate also has years of experience in fresh food e-commerce.
