Co-founder and CEO of Tradiio
With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. After six years of building innovative products and new businesses in Singapore and India, Nigel Hembrow has made Indonesia his home and headquarters for Astronaut Technologies, his latest venture in HR tech. Hailing from Australia, Queensland civil engineer Nigel started out in project management and engineering design for construction company Mace. After an MBA from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he worked at The Great Little Water Company and Amida Recruitment. Nigel is also currently a director at Rayjon Group, a family-owned property investment and development conglomerate that was co-founded by managing director John Hembrow in 1976.

National University of Singapore graduate Danny Widodo is a veteran in the entertainment industry. Besides working at JP Morgan as a credit risk analyst, he also had extracurricular interests at Give.sg and the National Arts Council. He left JP Morgan in 2011 to work as a production manager at Resorts World Sentosa for three years. Danny also co-founded an indie music production firm iamLOCALIZED in 2012 that was funded by the NUS Entrepreneurship Centre Innovation/Entrepreneurship Practicum Grant. Leonard Cremer is an engineering graduate from the University of Johannesburg. He worked as an analyst programmer before moving into the finance industry. Then in 2001, he co-founded Integrat in South Africa, a mobile media enabler for Mobile Network Operator. He is now the Group COO at Integrat Pty Ltd. Cremer was also the COO of InTarget from 2001 until 2016. Through business trips, he met up with co-founder Dennis Vilovic who broached the idea of starting a group travel planning platform.
