Co-founder and CEO of Tradiio
With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.

After six years of building innovative products and new businesses in Singapore and India, Nigel Hembrow has made Indonesia his home and headquarters for Astronaut Technologies, his latest venture in HR tech. Hailing from Australia, Queensland civil engineer Nigel started out in project management and engineering design for construction company Mace. After an MBA from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he worked at The Great Little Water Company and Amida Recruitment. Nigel is also currently a director at Rayjon Group, a family-owned property investment and development conglomerate that was co-founded by managing director John Hembrow in 1976.

In April 2013, Jorge Pinto became the Head of R&D, CIO and Co-founder of BEEVERYCREATIVE . Raúl Tapias Herranz was previously a sales manager with Galp Energy. While coordinating a digital transformation project at Galp, Tapias decided to leave behind 17 years in the energy sector to establish digital identity startup Ecertic, where he is currently CEO. Tapias holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Carlos III University in Madrid, which he partially studied in Maastricht in the Netherlands, as well as completing a master's in Marketing and Sales Management from IE Business School.

The aeronautical engineer from Madrid's Polytechnic University became the co-founder and CTO of Unmanned Technical Works (UTW) in 2015. He is also co-founder and deputy CTO of Aventix that provides specialized UTW-related engineering services.

To do so, Bellavista embarked on a project to apply this technology to the hospitality industry, testing it out at the Nostrum outlet, a self-service food franchise, that he co-owns. The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.

Based in Beijing, he also co-founded medtech Modoo in 2015 as CTO. Zhou has worked for over three years at Nokia as senior engineeering manager, system design manager and system architect. He also worked for the Microsoft Device Group as a senior engineering manager for six months, leading a team for innovation project development until September 2014.

Javier Moya Maier is the Spanish co-founder and CFO of Sea Water Analytics, a tourism-focused data aggregator with user app to measure seawater quality.
