Based in Singapore, Golden Equator Capital manages investment funds in real estate, currency and technology businesses. Its Technology and Innovation Fund has backed various up-and-coming Southeast Asian startups, such as the internship job board Glints, dating app Paktor and affordable fashion marketplace Sale Stock. Orza focuses on direct investments in Basque startups looking to expand and internationalize.  It is part of the Elkarkidetza and Geroa pension fund system and typically takes minority stakes, forking out between €1.5 million and €8 million per investment. It actively manages its investee companies while offering them access to its network of local and international contacts.  

Singtel Innov8 is the venture arm of Singapore-based telecommunications company Singtel. It invests in companies that can potentially bolster Singtel's own capabilities in communications technologies, media services and customer experience. Innov8 has invested in companies at home and abroad, including in Indonesia, China, the USA and Israel. It has made exits through the sale of its portfolio companies (Viki and Tempo.AI) and via IPOs.

Onroad Capital was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Shenzhen. It invests in TMT and focuses on cloud computing, big data, IoT, artificial intelligence, SaaS and consumption.

SoftBank Ventures Asia, founded in 2000, is a subsidiary of SoftBank Korea and part of the SoftBank Group. It is SoftBank’s early stage venture arm, with a geographical focus in Asia, the US, Europe and Israel. It was previously known as SoftBank Ventures Korea.SoftBank Ventures Asia links early-stage startups with SoftBank’s wider network of partners and businesses, which include Yahoo Japan and Alibaba (both of which SoftBank has stakes in), components manufacturers ARM and nVidia, and Indonesian e-commerce platform Tokopedia, which SoftBank has invested in. Outside of its focus areas of AI, robotics and IoT, SoftBank Ventures has invested in companies like sports analytics company bepro11, telehealth service Alodokter, and property rental management Mamikos.

Focus Technology was founded in 1996 and headquartered in Nanjing, following a state policy to strengthen and develop the industrialization and digitalization of China. In 2013, the company expanded to the US and started its cross-border e-commerce business.Focus is mainly involved in Internet Plus, bringing digitalization to overseas trading, insurance, business procurement, education and medical services. Made-in-China.com, Abiz.com and xyz.cn are the main e-commerce platforms of Focus.

Enagás Emprende, part of the Spanish Transmission System Operator (TS)  Enagás, is an investment venture backing and accelerating technology-based startups in their scale-up phase. Its portfolio investment mainly includes companies providing renewable gases, green hydrogen, and biomethane, but also sustainable mobility and energy efficiency. With 50 years of experience in energy infrastructures across Spain, the US, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Albania, Greece and Italy, Enagás provides its portfolio startups with mentoring and expertise acting as investors, clients and industry partners.

Established in 2003, Indonusa Dwitama is a holding company that manages and develops a range of investment portfolios in Indonesia, including mining, financial services and information technology. In the mining industry, it has a portfolio of andesite and bauxite mines, and it also invested in an oil and gas mining company. As a tech investor, it is a relatively early investor in Tokopedia when it joined in 2016. It has also invested in VOSPAY, a digital payment intermediary, and cross-border money transfer company Wallex.

Founded in 2005, NLVC focuses on early and early-growth stage Chinese companies in the TMT, cleantech, healthcare and consumer sectors. It has invested in over 180 companies and manages more than US$1.7 billion spread across four USD-denominated funds and four RMB ones.

Wang Gang is an angel investor and a former senior director at Alibaba. His investments are concentrated in the internet, mobile internet and e-commerce sectors, in over 70 companies to date in both China and the US; including Didi, Uucars (formerly Uuzuche), ofo and Huajuan.

Founded in 1996, HMC Venture is a subsidiary of the Harmony Group, a conglomerate that specializes in startup investment and chemical trade. HMC Venture’s investments focus on Internet-based FinTech and the enterprise service business, the medical and biological business and private equity.

Xinchong.com was a pet dogs and cats trading platform founded in Beijing in April 2014. As a broker between buyers and local pet breeders, it was launched in Beijing and now covers over 30 Chinese cities including Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Lisbon-based venture capital and private equity firm, HCapital Partners focuses on energy, mobility and smart technologies in Portugal and Spain. HCapital typically invests between €500,000 and €2.5m per funding round. Its New Ideas fund is directed toward scalable startups. The firm was founded in 2014.

Resorts World is the hospitality-focused subsidiary of the Genting Group, a Malaysian diversified conglomerate with business interests in hospitality and leisure, plantations, property, and biotechnology.
