Victor Darmadi is a veteran software engineer who built his career at various German companies and multinational corporations. He worked as an intern for a Daimler-Chrysler subsidiary and Siemens, joining ITC Automotive as a software engineer on graduation. He spent over 10 years at Gracenote, an entertainment data service company acquired by Nielsen in 2017, before returning to Indonesia to join microlending startup JULO. Victor holds a master's degree in Business Computing from the University of Applied Sciences (FHW) Berlin, Germany.

Agung Bezharie Hadinegoro is co-founder and CEO of smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar. Agung had previously co-founded two creative agencies in Bandung, where he was a multimedia designer and was the program director of the Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia. He was also an associate at East Ventures, taking on the role of interim general manager of the company's coworking extension, EV Hive. Agung holds a bachelor's in Intermedia Art and an MBA, both from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.

A self-described "data geek and new technology enthusiast," Manggala Ratulangie is the CEO and co-founder of data science service startup Datanest. He was previously an IT engineer and an SAP consultant, and has worked with various companies to build internal-use software. He met Thibaud Plaquet, who would become a co-founder at Datanest, when the two were hired to head a joint-venture between two marketing consultancy companies. After the project wound down, Manggala and Thibaud established Datanest in 2017.

Raul Villalba Van Dijk is currently an energy management consultant at KPMG Madrid, having spent time in the consulting industry in Spain, South Africa and the UK. Since 2016, he has been CFO and a member of the founding team of Solatom, a startup developing solar concentrators for industrial applications. He graduated with a masters in science specializing in thermal energy systems for solar plants. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School.  

Before co-founding Ximalaya with Yu Jianjun, Chen Xiaoyu worked as an investment director at one of Thailand's largest conglomerates, Charoen Pokphand Group, in its China office. There, she supervised the Group’s investments in internet startups. With seed funding from the Group in 2009, Chen and Yu Jianjun founded their first startup, Na Li Shi Jie, building online virtual city maps. Though the business failed after two years, they utilised the rich experience they gained and founded the much more successful Ximalaya in 2012.

Vivek Ahuja graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Quantitative Economics degree in 2008. He went on to receive training for nuclear engineering and submarine officer roles in the US Navy, serving on the nuclear submarine USS Michigan for three years. He left the US Navy in 2013 to pursue an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley. Ahuja was briefly involved as a co-founder of payments gateway Xendit, but left the startup to join fintech company Affirm Inc in 2015.

An industrial engineer by training, Rubén Blanco Carrera comes from a family of ranchers in Cabañas, 18 km from Ávila, Spain. Currently he is Commercial Director and co-founder of IoT startup SensoWave, as well as its brand Digitanimal, aimed at remote farming. The business idea of Digitanimal partly came about because of Blanco’s personal experience with his own livestock. Using IoT remote tracking, detecting heat and parturition through the use of sensors , which are analyzed to reflect the behavior of the cattle and notify alert ranchers to the anomalies detected, he was able to save a mother and calf from a difficult delivery. In another incident, the technology helped alert him to the attack of wolves. Blanco holds both a first degree and a master's degree from Madrid's Alfonso X El Sabio University, the former in Technical Engineering in Industrial and Product Design and the latter in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Electronics. He then worked as an industrial engineer at both private company Retailgas and at Alfa Imaging, the startup co-founded by Carlos Callejero, with whom Blanco later co-founded SensoWave.

Nanyang Technological University of Singapore MBA graduate Afia Fitriati holds a bachelor’s in Marketing from Syracuse University, USA. Post-MBA, she held various roles in different companies, including as an editor at Aquila Magazine and a lecturer in Islamic Marketing at Paramadina University. She co-founded FAST8, a human resources tech company, in 2008 with her husband, Else Fernanda. They also founded Gadjian, an HR management SaaS startup. Currently, Afia is also a senior associate in the Halal Lifestyle Market at DinarStandard, a growth strategy research and advisory firm.

Alvin Evander Subagyo graduated with a bachelor’s in Information Technology and Systems from Monash University, Australia. He returned to Indonesia after graduating to work at Verena Multi Finance as an assistant to the marketing director. In 2014, he co-founded a social media voting startup Votinc, with Markus Liman Rahardja whom he met at Verena Multi Finance. Votinc only ran for a year and the two friends later created Zelos with Chris Winston while they working together at a dining event project.

Markus Liman Rahardja is a young entrepreneur with experience in finance. In 2013, he graduated from The University of Western Australia with a bachelor’s in Economics and Finance. He returned to Indonesia to work at Verena Multi Finance as an assistant to the Finance and Support director. In 2014, he and Alvin Evander Subagyo co-founded Votinc, a social media voting startup.  Votinc operated for only a year and the two co-founders moved on to eventually establish Zelos with a third co-founder Chris Winston.

Unbabel Co-founder and CTO Graça is a machine learning and natural language processing specialist and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in Portugal, where he majored in Computer Engineering. He is also a former postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. Besides working at Unbabel, Graça is a researcher at the IST's Spoken Language Systems Lab (L2F) in Lisbon and an official member of Forbes Technology Council. He also briefly worked at adtech startup Dezine as Chief Scientist.

Michael Saputra is best known for establishing the successful food ordering website Klik-Eat with co-founder Willy Haryanto. They sold the business in June 2015 and went on to develop a meal kit startup BlackGarlic.An electrical engineering graduate from Purdue University in USA, Michael had worked briefly at Bosch, Whirlpool Corporation and Maxim Integrated Products before his master’s program at the University of Texas in Dallas. He made a career switch as a business analyst at Asia Pulp & Paper before co-founding Klik-Eat in June 2011.

During his time at Telkom University, Muhammad Mufid Luthfi was an active student; with internships at startups like Tokopedia and Kitabisa, as well as student ambassador roles with Google and Mozilla. In 2015, he co-founded two businesses: Rias Pesta, a wedding services firm based in Riau, and IDCloudHost, a web hosting service startup.Mufid graduated in 2016 with a degree in Information Systems. He is also a trainer at Google Indonesia’s GAPURA program and a business development advisor at Gamebrott, a gaming news portal.

Francisco Vieira is a co-founder and the CFO of Triporate, a startup that applies AI to corporate travel planning. He had also co-founded HelpUp, a digital platform that connects people with companies and non-governmental organizations. Viera has worked at PwC, Digitex and Isolux Corsan and has experience in auditing as well as financial control and reporting across Spain and Latin America.  Vieria graduated with double bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Law and holds a master’s in Finance and Auditing. 

Daniel Jadraque is a trained Civil Engineer who co-founded Datary, a data exchange marketplace, soon after graduating from the Polytechnic University in Madrid. In addition to being Datary's Managing Director, Jadraque is a startup mentor at Google's Madrid Campus and a visiting professor at the Polytechnic University in Madrid. He is also advisor to the BBVA and ING banks for the development of digital products as well as consultant on data flow and data protection to members of the European Commission and its parliament.
