Co-founder and CTO of Sonar
Mohammad Ridwan Agustiawan is an experienced software developer and self-professed gamer. He graduated from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, with a master’s in Informatics. He worked there as a research assistant between 2007 and 2009 before returning to Indonesia. He worked as a programmer and product manager in various companies such as Indonesian adtech startup SITTI, before joining digital marketing agency Kana Cipta Media where he still works as acting manager of its technical department. He is also a co-founder and CTO of Sonar, a digital media analytics platform.

CEO and Co-founder of Meicai
A farmer's son who became an astronomer, Liu Chuanjun is also a serial entrepreneur. After his first startup (selling high-end organic food) failed after six months, Liu founded group-buying site Wowo (aka 55tuan), now Nasdaq-listed, which he sold it in 2011, to refocus on farm products. Liu majored in astronomy and holds a master’s from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where his research areas included spaceflights of Chinese space program Shenzhou 6 and 7. He was born in 1982 in Shandong and goes home every year to help work the land.

Alvin Kumarga is an experienced technical consultant and a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. Liris Maduningtyas graduated in 2014 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She had worked as an assistant teacher for a program run by the university and Schneider Electric. After finishing her final year project at Chevron, she joined Schlumberger as a field engineer stationed in Riau, Indonesia. Liris left a year later to join fellow UGM graduates to establish electronics startup Atnic. Liris managed the marketing and financial affairs of Atnic that created Jala for shrimp farmers, and was promoted to CEO of Jala in 2018.

Founder and CEO of Tiger Brokers. Wu Tianhua received his B.S. & M.S in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Later, he co-founded Youdao, a new online education startup under the Nasdaq-listed NetEase group. By the time he left, Youdao’s user base had grown to the hundreds of millions. Wu had begun to familiarize himself with investing when he was an undergraduate and started to invest in the US stock market around 2010. Investing in the US stock market was very complicated then and in 2014, he decided to build his own service to make investing easier.

Germán León is an experienced UX/UI innovator and investor who is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and co-founder of Gestoos, a gesture recognition startup. Before establishing Gestoos, León was the European director of Oblong Industries, the firm that developed the technology used in the Steven Spielberg movie Minority Report. León had also co-founded Imersivo, the first customer recognition company that connects online shoppers to physical retail stores.

He has also worked in project management and research at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Group, was General Manager at E&R Systems and an engineer at telco Movistar. Jauregui holds a PhD in Electronic and Electromagnetic Compatibility from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and is a qualified Project Management Professional.

In 2009 Boris Sanjaya graduated in Industrial and System Engineering at the University of Washington, USA. He worked for one year as an intern at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Seattle. He worked as a business analyst at Amazon for four months before joining a Distribution Management Program at General Electric in 2010. He left GE and returned to Indonesia to work as a consultant for BCG in 2012. Together with Hendi Chandi, Boris co-founded telecoms startup Kokatto in 2014. He later left BCG in 2016 to join Hendi to establish PT Advotics Teknologi Global as CEO.

Liu Long graduated from Northwestern Polytechnic University based in Xi'an in 2010. The Information and Computing Science graduate went on to the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications (IRSA) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences to pursue a PhD in Microwave Remote Sensing in 2015. He stayed on at the IRSA as a research fellow with funding support from the Youth Science Fund program under the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2016, he co-founded agtech startup McFly with two Wuhan University alumni who are also experts in remote sensing technology.

In the following years, he worked at various companies and spent the longest time at AppsFoundry developing web services and payment gateway systems. In 2016, he joined Ivan Tambunan, William Tambunan and Christopher Gultom in developing Akseleran, an equity crowdlending startup that would later become a P2P productive lending platform. After joining as technical lead, he later became CTO of Akseleran in 2017, a little after Akseleran launched its service.

He joined aerospace company C&D Zodiac in Ontario and worked as a Lean Manager for almost two years.In 2013, he returned to Indonesia to work at sugar refinery PT Andalan Furnindo, as head of operations for the Samora Group's subsidiary. In February 2020, he left the company to work fulltime as COO of Life Innovation Source startup Nusantics which he co-founded with another Samora executive Sharlini Eriza Putri in 2019.

Jiang Tong obtained bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from Tongji University and Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University between 2011 and 2016. Upon graduation, he joined a robotics startup founded by a team from Zhejiang university, Shanghai Seer Robotics Technology, working as an algorithm engineer from 2016 to 2017. He then joined Bumie Tech in 2017. He specializes in simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and location algorithm. Jiang now serves as CTO at Onesight.
