Co-founder and CTO of Tiket.com
Natali Ardianto is a fast and skilled web developer with over 16 years of programming experience. He worked as an IT instructor and as a web developer while reading a degree in Computer Science and a master’s in Information Technology at Universitas Indonesia.He and colleagues had built a golf booking platform in just three months in 2010. He left Golfnesia in 2011 to help launch Tiket.com within 100 days of co-founding the startup. He had also co-founded Urbanesia in 2008, but left the urban lifestyle directory in 2010 before it was acquired by the Kompas Group in 2012.

Founder and CEO of ePeizhen

In January 2015, he founded ePeizhen, a mobile healthcare startup. With 15 years of experience in the Chinese internet industry, Yue Jianxiong was the general manager of Sohu News at the peak of his career, committing years to building it into one of China’s top online news sites. He left Sohu in August 2014.

Founder and CEO of Drone Hopper
Pablo Flores Peña pursued his undergraduate and master’s studies in aeronautical engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. On graduation in 2005, he joined the Airbus Group where he is currently the chief engineer for the A320 jetliner family. Besides his work at Airbus, he also founded Drone Hopper and became its CEO in 2015. He received the 2017 award for aeronautical innovation from the Official Spanish Association of Aeronautical Engineers (COIAE) for his work at Drone Hopper, a startup dedicated to the design and manufacture of self-guided drones for fire extinction and large crops fumigation.

Then he became the sales director of Miguel Ángel Palomo SA to expand the Spanish olive business internationally. He had also worked as a cook in Ireland and Denmark.The Argentinian speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian and Danish. The COO of Spotahome joined the startup as a co-founder at a later stage when the proptech idea was revived by CEO Artacho.

Tapias holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Carlos III University in Madrid, which he partially studied in Maastricht in the Netherlands, as well as completing a master's in Marketing and Sales Management from IE Business School.

Pandu was briefly an associate for civic projects at East Ventures before establishing Warung Pintar with East Ventures colleague Agung Bezharie Hadinegoro in 2017. Pandu is currently focused on Code for Bandung, an initiative that promotes collaboration between citizen coders and the municipal government. Pandu holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia and had worked as a network administrator at his alma mater for two years.

After earning a master's in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, he worked at New York based software company TenFold between 1999 and 2003. Doddy later returned to Indonesia, joining software consulting firm infinITechnology and International Investment Communication Network. He also had a brief lecturing stint at Universitas Bina Nusantara. Doddy had previously co-founded Bistip, a peer-to-peer courier service startup, after which he joined pharmaceutical conglomerate Mensa Group through doctors-only social media LinkDokter, which was later the basis for healthcare platform Halodoc.

The mechanical engineer from Nanyang Technological University majored in manufacturing, including automation, logistics and supply chains. After graduating in 2007, she spent a year studying Advanced Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.In 2010, the master's postgrad from London School of Economics worked as associate consultant at The Parthenon Group London and later moved back home to work for McKinsey in Jakarta. In 2016, she joined O2O startup Kudo that was acquired by Grab. She co-founded Logisly in 2019 to help digitalize the trucking sector.
