Raymond Moh graduated from National University of Singapore with double bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Business Administration in 2013. In 2017, he completed a two-year MBA program run by Strathclyde Business School.In 2011, he joined Techkura Pte Ltd as a senior technology advisor. He worked at the Singapore company for over six years to provide technology-related consulting services to over 50 institutions. In June 2017, he established Hanalytics Pte Ltd that owns BioMind. The company won a SG:D Techblazer gold award in 2019.

Since 2017, Constanza Lucero has been the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Biel Glasses, a medtech startup offering relief to people with low vision. She is the mother of Biel, who was born with low vision and the impetus for the startup. She also works at Badalona Hospital as a Specialist in Internal Medicine in its Accidents and Emergencies Department. Prior to this, she worked for nine years at Barcelona's Hospital Clinic as a Specialist in Infectious Diseases, HIV and Internal Medicine. Lucero holds a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Barcelona as well as a master's in Clinical Research from the same institution. 

Eulàlia Sánchez is co-founder and Chief Science Officer at medtech startup Biel Glasses, which pioneered a solution that lets people with low vision lead independent lives. She is also a professor of Optics and Optometry and an expert optometrist at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), where she has worked for the last 30 years. She is also coordinator at the Low Vision Research Unit at the university's Vision Center. She holds a master's in Optometry and Vision Sciences from UPC. 

Shwe Yamin Oo graduated in computer science at the University of Computer Studies in Yangon in 2007. She has also completed a business management diploma in 2013.In March 2009, she established Shwe Bon Thar computer training center and became the COO and co-founder of its internet center and mart until 2013. In 2014, she founded an accounting tech startup Modern Boss mobile POS for local SMEs. She exited the fintech in 2017 to set up RecyGlo as CEO.In 2019, she was nominated for the Women of the Future awards for Southeast Asia in the Science, Technology and Digital categories. She is also a mentor at Yangon’s Founder Institute.

Yan graduated from Oxford University in 2009 with an MSc in Computer Science. Before that, he had worked at the IT company YTEC as a software engineer and project manager from 2006–2008. After graduation, he joined Best Foot Forward, one of the earliest global carbon footprint consulting companies as a senior software engineer, and worked there until March 2011 when he left to found Carbonstop.He is an expert reviewer of the UN IPCC Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) and a member of the Carbon Disclosure Project Technical Experts. He used to be a member of the China Youth Delegate for UNFCCC 2012 Doha Climate Change Conference.

Jennifer O'Brien qualified as a financial advisor at University College Dublin in 2010. She started her banking career in 2007 at AIB where she spent six years working with SMEs and investments. In 2013, she joined KBC Bank Ireland as a restructures executive and went on to work as an asset manager at Link Asset Services in 2016. O’Brien also worked in asset management for two years at O’Dwyer Real Estate Management while completing an MBA at Trinity College Dublin. She left the realty company in 2019 to realize her dream to create alt-protein seafood using locally sourced seaweed.

José Enrique Díaz Buzón graduated in law at the University of Seville in 1999. He has a qualification in EU law, and a master’s in business consultancy. In 2005, he also studied labor relations at IE Business School in Madrid.In 1999, Díaz began practicing as a lawyer, specializing in commercial and corporate law and business consultancy. In 2016, he became the CFO, business development manager and co-founder of Scoobic Urban Mobility. The Spanish mobility startup and the co-founding team’s Passion Motorbike Factory aim to provide three-wheeled EVs and sustainable last-mile delivery solutions.

A designer and branding specialist, Petr Báča was inspired to develop a smart vending solution to eliminate plastic packaging in supply chains while working with industry clients at Cocoon Prague, a branding and advertising agency he founded in 1996. In 2015, he set up MIWA Technologies in Prague, to realize his smart vending system into a business. He is currently CEO of MIWA and continues to work in packaging design as a partner at Cocoon Prague.Báča graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 2002. He is also a founding partner of the Intellectual Capital Investors Association that assists innovators to start their own businesses and to help new companies to scale.

Putry Yuliastutik got the idea to start Kostoom after watching her mother struggling to make ends meet, as a skilled seamstress working from home. She left Bigalia to set up Kostoom to help other homeworkers like her mother. Bigalia was a heavy equipment supply business that was established by Putry and her husband Indra Rukasyah in 2015. Putry graduated in Mathematics at the University of Indonesia in 2011, while working as a graphic designer at a creative digital startup iP Logo Design. She was also a co-founder and branding consultant at iP Logo in Jakarta until December 2013. 

Star Wars fan and robotics engineer Gonçalo Cabrita was the CEO and co-founder of agtech CoolFarm for over three years until September 2018, when the company became insolvent. He has a master’s in Automation and Robotics from the University of Coimbra in Portugal. He was a research engineer at his alma mater's Institute of Systems and Robotics for two years until 2011. Since then, he has been working on his PhD, researching plume tracking and odor source detection algorithms for mobile robots.

Indonesia’s most prominent young social entrepreneur Aldi Haryopratomo was in the Harvard Business School class of 2011, where his peers included Go-Jek founder Nadiem Makarim and Grab founders Anthony Tan and Tan Hooi Ling.Aldi began his career as a security consultant for Ernst & Young. After a one-year stint at the Boston Consulting Group, Aldi worked with Sean Dewitt and Budiman Wikarsa from the Grameen Foundation to develop Ruma, a business-in-a-box startup for low-income Indonesians in 2009. Ruma launched the “Arisan Mapan” group-buying app in 2014.Aldi also holds a Computer Engineering degree from Purdue University. He was selected as a Young Global Leader in the 2012 World Economic Forum.

Nayoko Wicaksono graduated at the University of British Columbia in 2007 and had worked at prestigious companies such as Morneau Shepell, Rocket Internet and Emtek. He left Emtek in 2014 and started the on-demand household services startup Seekmi a year later. However, he decided to step down as CEO in 2016 to become the chairman of Seekmi.                                   He later became a venture partner at Plug and Play Indonesia and has also invested in Turkey’s motorbike transport app Scotty in 2017. He is also a director and co-founder of data science education center Algoritma that helps students gain employable skills.

Alejandro Artacho Amichis has degrees in Business Administration and Law from Spanish universities and the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).He studied in China on an exchange program and got a grant from the Chinese government to learn Mandarin at UIBE in Beijing in 2010. He returned to Spain and started Abendium in 2011, an import and export business between Spain and China. He also established travel agency Aledasia in 2012 to market luxury trips to rich Chinese tourists. The Spotahome idea was resurrected by Artacho in 2014 after working in a property company in London.

Jordan Sorensen graduated from the Southern Virginia University USA in 2011, majoring in Business Analytics and Data Visualization. He first worked in Spain as a service missionary for two years until 2009. In 2013, he co-founded Lax Path LLC to build a community of lacrosse players and enthusiasts in Virginia. He became a goalie coach for the Spanish National Lacrosse Team from 2014 until 2017. In 2015, he joined a two-year master’s degree and MBA program at IE Business School in Madrid, specializing in Big Data. In November 2017, he became the CTO and co-founder of ChainGo Tech SL.

Cristina Sánchez López is a co-founder of AI software development company Acuilae. She has been Acuilae's CEO since April 2017 and is credited for creating ETHYKA, Acuilae's flagship product, which draws from her expertise as a data scientist. Sánchez had previously spent almost two decades working in the Accenture Group for large clients in Spain. She holds degrees in Statistics and Software Engineering from Madrid's Complutense University.
