Alejandro Hernandez has a master's in Computer Vision and a degree in Telecoms Engineering, both from King Juan Carlos University in Madrid. He is an advisor and co-founder of Alias Robotics in Spain. He is also employed as the CTO and Head of Engineering at Acutronic Robotics in Vitoria, Basque Country in Spain. He has previously worked as the Head of Software and as a software engineer at Erle Robotics and DTA, respectively. Erle was run by the Mayoral Vilches brothers until 2016 when it was sold to Acutronic that is now run by Victor Mayoral Vilches.

Bao holds two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Communications Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley's Global Capital Markets business unit from 2011 to 2015. Bao then worked as an investment associate at Chinese group buying website Meituan-Dianping from 2015 to 2016 and at Legend Capital from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, he co-founded Huajuan Mall and has since served as head of strategy.

Nominated as one of 21 most revolutionary Spanish techpreneurs under 35 by Business Insider in May 2019, Manuel de la Esperanza co-founded Wave with fellow alumnus Luis Gelado Crespo from the University Pontifica de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE). In June 2018, both men also co-founded GeoDB, a blockchain-powered location big data digital marketplace.Before founding Wave in 2013, the business management and law graduate had also founded a creative digital agency in Madrid. The success of Wave's private "family and friends" tracking app has led to the setting up of Wave Location Technologies.

García Ruiz, co-founder and CFO of Atomian until 2015, is an industrial engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where he is now an associate professor. García Ruiz also works as a business professor in the Chemical Institute of Sarria. He has a background in finance (Account Manager at WorkMeter, Tempos 21 and AIS Aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial) and sales (Commercial Manager at proceedit "the BPM process' factory" and Office Manager at Lleidanetworks Serveis Telemàtics, S.L., Hyperion Solutions, and Saari) and is an experienced executive in the IT and Telco industries with international exposure. 

Serial entrepreneur Afrig Wasiso is the co-founder of the Inspira Group, a constellation of SMEs that he and his associates established from 2012. Wasiso started his entrepreneurial journey after graduating with an MBA from Osmania University, India. He started with Super Cover, a business that produced protective cover cloth for cars and motorcycles. As the business grew, Wasiso continued to establish other new SMEs in his native Yogyakarta, placing them under the umbrella of Inspira Group. Prior to establishing equity crowdfunding platform Santara, he founded photo printing service ID Photobook and continues to serve as its CEO.

Founder and CEO of Tigerobo, Chen Ye holds a PhD in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004–2007). From 2007–2015, he worked in the US as research scientist in Microsoft, eBay and Yahoo. During this period, he published over 20 papers. In 2015, he returned to China. Before founding Tigerobo in 2017, he was senior vice-president of products and marketing at Meituan-Dianping, China’s largest on-demand online service provider, heading its advertisement team for three years, raising its annual advertisement revenue from RMB 10m to RMB 4bn.

Noelia Márquez Alfaya is the Spanish CEO and co-founder of 100% biodegradable plastic tech VEnvirotech, where she has worked since 2017. Prior to this, she was CEO and founder at Kubic Sabadell, an extra-curricular studies center, from 2012 to 2017.  During this time, she also co-founded Mimmo Solutions, a textile creation company. All of her companies were based in the Barcelona area. In 2017, she gained entry to the youth entrepreneurship acceleration program Yuzz Santander, a Santander Bank initiative. Márquez holds a degree in industrial engineering and organization from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. 

Having seen his parents struggle to provide his brother with intensive physical rehabilitation, Virgílio Bento (b. 1984) understood the many pain points faced by the patients and their families. Bento graduated from the University of Aveiro with a master’s in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and went on to pursue a PhD in Electrical Engineering. There, he developed SWORD Phoenix which would go on to be the technology behind SWORD Health, a startup Bento founded and of which he is currently CEO. Bento is also a co-founder of Findster Technologies, a dual pet tracker and fitness tech.

Spain's MenteLista is tapping into the US$63-billion English language education market by teaching children to learn the natural way in 10-minute sessions every day.

Jérémy Fichet worked at notable companies, such as the French beverage maker Pernod & Ricard, daily deals website Groupon and marketing company LivingSocial. In 2013, he founded the Thai e-commerce website Cdiscount and helped with the IPO of its parent company.Armed with two master’s degrees, the intrepid entrepreneur became Moxy’s CEO in 2015. He is now the CEO of Orami, an e-commerce site created from the merger of Moxy and Bilna. Jérémy has a master’s in Marketing from ESC La Rochelle in France, and another in International Business Administration from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle ,UK.

Mathew F Jones joined Otobro Pte Ltd in 2016 as co-founder and COO. Otobro was acquired by the C88 Group in March 2017. Mathew is also the commissioner  of PT Superior Coach, a representative office in Jakarta. Mathew has worked in Indonesia for over 11 years. He joined PT Selaras Nusa Abadi as general manager in 2003 and became the managing director and Dealer Council chairman of the company from 2005 until 2015.  He has a bachelor’s in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California Berkeley, USA.

In April 2013, Jorge Pinto became the Head of R&D, CIO and Co-founder of BEEVERYCREATIVE . He was also a co-founder and Head of R&D at bitBOX Electronic Systems that was pivoted into BEEVERYCREATIVE in 2013.Pinto is also working as a software and firmware developer at German startup BFO Mobility and at an international open-source project for Chinese startup Ebike Motor Controllers. He was previously employed as an electronics engineer at Portuguese firmware company Tetracis Plurirede and energy company Aveicabo. Pinto has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal. 

Pedro S. Sarmento is a Portuguese technology entrepreneur and co-founder of FarmCloud, where he was head of strategy from its founding in April 2016 until June 2017. From June 2017 until April 2018, Sarmento was head of product for PriOps, a blockchain API data sharing platform, after which he assumed the CFO role at Kolokium Blockchain Technologies, the firm that commercializes PriOps' product. Sarmento had previously worked in a variety of entrepreneurial roles, including in the aquaculture and used goods sectors. He holds an MBA specializing in Management from Lisbon Lusiada University. 

Zhu graduated from the University of Rochester with a PhD in Computer Science in 2003. Before joining Alibaba, he had worked at NEC Laboratories America and Amazon. A founding member of Alibaba’s Institute of Data Science and Technology, Zhu was later named head of the Decision Intelligence Lab under the Alibaba DAMO (Discovery, Adventure, Momentum and Outlook) Academy in 2017. In November 2018, he left Alibaba to join Aibee as a co-founder. He has 25 patents to his name and has published more than 100 academic papers on machine learning, machine vision, data mining and information retrieval. 

Adriano de Jódar has a bachelor's in Business Administration from King's College, London and an MBA from IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona.  He spent most of his early career as a broker in the petroleum sector but at the age of 33 he left his job and launched his first startup, Napbox, an intelligent soundproof cabin that can be installed in public areas providing customers with a private space to rest, sleep or work with no noise or disruption.De Jódar is also Director at Darida, a water brand in Minsk, Belarus.
