Co-founder and CTO of Tripvisto
Aditya Saputra really loves to code but is not a geek, according to his LinkedIn profile. He is a professional software developer, graduating with a degree in Information Systems in 2009. He still runs his own software development agency Smart Techno Nusantara that he founded in 2008. He joined Bernardus Sumartok and Fitri Andriani to co-found Tripvisto, becoming the CTO in May 2014. Graduating with a bachelor’s in Business Management and Finance from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia, Aditya Hadiputra became the CFO of Utoyo & Partners in August 2011. He left the financial services company with its founding partner Marshall Utoyo in 2013. They decided to set up a coworking space hub Conclave in Jakarta, together with two other graduates from ITB. Based in Jakarta, Aditya has been CFO of Conclave since January 2013. He has also been working as an investment associate since July 2015 at MDI Ventures, Telkom’s venture capital arm.

Ludmilla Williyanti is a social entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance and management. She worked as a finance and accounting officer at a publishing company InsistPress for seven years before becoming a freelance financial consultant in 2011. In 2014, she helped to establish Saujana, a nonprofit dedicated to solving social and environmental issues. Saujana later developed and launched a dedicated job search platform Kerjabilitas to help disabled people to find suitable jobs in Indonesia. Ludmilla is currently the CFO of Saujana.

Budiman Wikarsa is an engineering graduate from Purdue University. He worked in management consulting firms including AT Kearney and McKinsey. He joined the Grameen Foundation as a project manager in 2007 and helped Aldi Haryopratomo to co-found and run the social enterprise Ruma from 2009 to 2011.Budiman is currently the head of strategic partnership at Monk’s Hill Ventures. He has an MBA from Northwestern University and had also worked for the transition team that assisted the Indonesian President Joko Widodo in 2014.

Lecturer-turned-entrepreneur Joao Paulo Rodrigues spent nearly a decade at the Computer and System Engineering Institute of Porto (INESC) as a researcher, and at Porto Business School (PBS). While at INESC and PBS, Rodrigues co-founded Xarevision, an INESC spinoff. In February 2014, he left his position as Xarevision’s CTO to start Xhockware. He continues to work at Xhockware as CEO and has an educational background in engineering, in which he holds a PhD. from the University of Porto, as well as in business management.

He later became the e-commerce manager of Bhuwana Ubud Hotel before working in business development at Rocket Internet’s Zen Rooms until he was promoted to become Head of Community in 2016.While still at Zen Rooms, he teamed up with colleague and fellow Parahyangan alumnus Dennish Tjandra to establish HelloBeauty, Indonesia’s leading platform for beauty services.

David Segura Guillén is an informatics engineer with over 25 years experience in media communications, digital marketing and business management. He graduated from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1989 and worked for various companies like WPP, Wanadoo and Orange while testing the waters as an entrepreneur.
