Co-founder and CEO of Tanamduit
Rini Hapsari is currently the CEO of Star Mercato Capitale, the company behind mutual fund investment platform Tanamduit. Her career spans IT and banking, working at Bank Bali and Lippo Bank between 1999 and 2004. From 2005 to 2010, she worked at enterprise IT firm Jatis Solutions, becoming the head of the division in charge of Jatis' Avantrade wealth management software. She was also vice president at Bakrie Telecom between 2012 and 2015. Rini graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology.

Roger Dobaño is a young entrepreneur. He graduated in Business Administration and holds a Masters in Applied Research in Economics and Business. He is a member of the Entrepreneur Organization in Lisbon and of the Sandbox Network and has appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Homs holds combined undergraduate and Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Barcelona's ESADE business school, as well as an MSc in Finance from the University of Prague.

Prior to that, he worked as both Assistant Professor and Research Engineer at the University of Porto's Faculty of Engineering, the birthplace of AddVolt. Soares holds a master's degree from the same institution in electronic and computer engineering and a Master of Science in management and innovation from the Technical University of Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Denoël has also been a guest lecturer in VR and AR at INSEEC business school in London and Geneva since 2017. Prior to this, Denoël also co-founded another VR agency, Exheb, in 2014, where he worked for almost three years as VR Producer. He also worked in digital marketing for Quotient Technology, formerly Coupons.com for two years, and in business development and marketing at the WorldOne agency for the same amount of time. Denoël holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from HEC Management School in Liege, Belgium, the former in Marketing and Organization, the latter in Management.
