Co-founder and Head of Data Platform of JULO
Victor Darmadi is a veteran software engineer who built his career at various German companies and multinational corporations. He worked as an intern for a Daimler-Chrysler subsidiary and Siemens, joining ITC Automotive as a software engineer on graduation. He spent over 10 years at Gracenote, an entertainment data service company acquired by Nielsen in 2017, before returning to Indonesia to join microlending startup JULO. Victor holds a master's degree in Business Computing from the University of Applied Sciences (FHW) Berlin, Germany.

Victor Mayoral Vilches is a co-founder and advisor at Alias Robotics in Spain. He also works as CEO at Acutronic Robotics, a branch of the Swiss company where he was also CTO. The Business Administration graduate worked as an insurance agent for Prudential Life Assurance while still at Universitas Bina Nusantara in Indonesia. After graduating in 2005, he worked as a cost accountant and inventory manager for almost four years at a food packaging company PT Anta Tirta Kirana. He later worked as an area sales manager at PT Indo Pangan Nusantara for another four years until May 2015 when he left to join Wedlite as a co-founder. Wedlite is now part of the bigger Taralite fintech.

After graduating in 1996, he joined PwC as consultant and moved on to Booz Allen in 2000 as a senior associate. He completed an MBA from INSEAD in 2002. The multi-lingual Sánchez started Smile and Learn in 2013 to help his children's school to acquire more hi-tech teaching resources. He left his BCG job to become CEO of the edtech in 2015.
