Co-founder of Jala
Liris Maduningtyas graduated in 2014 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She had worked as an assistant teacher for a program run by the university and Schneider Electric. After finishing her final year project at Chevron, she joined Schlumberger as a field engineer stationed in Riau, Indonesia. Liris left a year later to join fellow UGM graduates to establish electronics startup Atnic. Liris managed the marketing and financial affairs of Atnic that created Jala for shrimp farmers, and was promoted to CEO of Jala in 2018.

Founder and CEO of Meowcard, Larry Wang (Wang Lei) was born in 1991. After graduating from college in 2011, he joined a startup where he headed design and marketing. He also designed more than 10 WeChat mini programs*. Wang started Meowcard, a mini program-based social community for cat lovers as a hobby and it went viral.[1] *Small mobile apps (under 10MB) that can be downloaded and run within WeChat.

After working at IBM, Siemens, the German Space Agency and BCG, she won a scholarship to pursue an MBA at Harvard Business School. She later led Santander Bank’s Global Digital Transformation Program. She was born in 1981 in Valladolid, Spain.

In 2017, he joined the Endeavor Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures program with Harvard Business School.Based in Salamanca, he is the founding partner of Socio that has been operating two women-only fitness centers Curves since 2006. In 2009, he established Chocolat Factory. While running the businesses, Sánchez had been working at IT group GPM Innovación since 1998. He left GPM and closed down his chocolate delicatessen in 2012 to focus on Beonprice as co-founder and CEO.

Li studied Human Computer Interaction as an undergrad at Shandong University and later as a graduate student at Université Paris Sud, EIT ICT LABS Master School and Technische Universität Berlin. His first startup taught children English using one-on-one teaching methods and his second helped international students studying in France settle in. Before finishing his graduate studies, Li recognized the potential of a startup that teaches children coding. In 2014, he left his graduate program, giving up three master's degrees, to start Codemao with his classmate and business partner Sun Yue.

He has designed more than 100 different machines and mechanical components for multiple industrial applications, including several plants for the manufacture of gypsum plaster. Antonio received the maximum score in a first year program using the finite element method (FEM) for calculations. He also won the PIMEC award for business innovation and internationalization strategy for Catalan SMEs in 2006. He graduated in Mechanics and Technical, Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Ana Teresa Freitas is the founder and CEO of Lisbon-based HeartGenetics, since 2013. Prior to this, she lectured for 29 years at Lisbon University's Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), where she taught computational biology but she continues her 32-year career in Lisbon's engineering institute, INESC-ID, as a senior researcher in computational biology and health IT. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and a master's in Electronics Engineering. She has attended the Advanced Management Program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Católica Lisbon – BES, School of Business and Economics.

He stayed on at the IRSA as a research fellow with funding support from the Youth Science Fund program under the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2016, he co-founded agtech startup McFly with two Wuhan University alumni who are also experts in remote sensing technology.

Her parents, both medical doctors, could not get an accurate diagnosis for their son. In her search to understand the molecular mechanisms behind diseases, she applied to study at the University of Oxford. In 2008, she was granted the Reach Oxford Scholarship and graduated with a master’s in biochemistry in 2012. In 2015, the St Hilda’s alumna worked as an undergraduate tutor at Oxford while completing a PhD in pathology, specializing in oncology and cancer biology.In 2018, she worked on a rare cancer project as EIT Health Business Innovation fellow for a year. She left academia and joined a three-month bioentrepreneur bootcamp in Munich and a one-month Lev8 Woman Program at her alma mater’s Oxford Foundry. She joined EY-Parthenon in London as a strategy consultant in April 2019.In 2019, Mumtaz also met the iLoF co-founding team at the EIT Health Wild Card venture-building program. iLoF is a medtech startup that focuses on personalized medicine through the use of AI and photonics to create optical fingerprints in a cloud-based library to gather and manages disease biomarkers and biological profiles.She joined iLoF as COO and co-founder in December 2019 and left her full-time consultancy role at EY in March 2020.
